This is our walkthrough reference video for Shop 68 and basement, Campbell Street, Darlinghurst. We're currently mid-refurbishment, so essentially we have a ground floor showroom or retail area, if you will. It's one level separated by a bathroom amenity with a hand basin. There is also a rear area with a small utility room in the back. Very rough measurements, about 60 square meters upstairs. There is also a usable basement area, approximately 60 square meters. Tiled, not habitable due to the ceiling height. Very usable, separated into 3 separate areas. So we have a concrete floor that is tiled, Gyprock ceiling, and we also have the 3rd area through here.
