We have 2 smaller separate rooms overlooking the garden, and yes, we still have some building material here. We've had a new kitchen installed and the bathroom has been updated. So we have a shower recess, hand basin and toilet. So that's the flat, but it's part of a bigger terrace, so we'll just show you what it looks like going in. So this is the garden access that's shared through the building. We have a coin-operated washing machine that services the building. Entry is from Flinders Street, the main door.
