This is Conrad Vass from Space Property Agency. This is a walkthrough video of sorts for those whom are interested in car space 425 of 27 Park Street, Sydney, in a building called the Park Regis. Very user-friendly car park. This particular car space is located on level 4. Uh, it's a podium style of car park. It's not underground, it's actually above ground. A rather unique situation. It's a security entrance, security car park. If you're driving up, you must pass 2 separate security gates, one from Pitt Street— sorry, Castle Race Street, I'm sorry— and the other is on level 3. Level 3. So again, secure car space. We're coming up to the level 3 security gate. So we'll just get through here. Zoom down a few levels so that you can get a sense of what the exit looks like and how it relates to Castle Race Street. Now, as you can see, very easy to navigate, good ceiling height. You can see we're passing a variety of different vehicles, some quite large and quite high, all of which can access this amenity. The building itself is quite unique and rather relevant to the architecture In Sydney. As you can see ahead, you know, you've got large four-wheel drives which have found their way up here. We'll just make way for the rare, rare, rare occasion where you bump into some traffic coming in the opposite direction. Okay, just continuing on. So just getting through here. And working our way down here to Castle Ray Street. So we come out just south of the intersection of Castle Ray and Park Street. So again, uh, car space 425 of 27 Park Street in Sydney, the building of the Park Regis.
