Hi, it's Conrad Vass from Space Property Agency, your trusted real estate advisor, answering your questions and discussing real estate topics. The popular one of the week, buyers, buyers, where are the buyers? As we've said before, they haven't gone anywhere. They are still around. They are just waiting their time unless they are ultra motivated. We'll get to that another time. But one other reason that we— our research has shown that buyers are pausing is cost of living, inflation, petrol prices. Where's it going to end? How much money have we got to spend? And so on. It's ice. It's water that's been poured on a red-hot market that's been running at a red-hot breakneck pace. For some time, it's not Armageddon. It is pause. Time for readjustment.
