So funny. When people think that they are in any kind of investment and have control, it really doesn't matter if you're in a real estate syndication or anything else. There's always going to be aspects of that that are completely out of everybody's control. My own personal strategy with oil and gas is whether the operator is my very best friend or just another large operator. That operator is not going to give me any kind of control or influence over what they do with these projects. So I want to make sure that I'm participating with people that have a lot skin in the game because they're going to make sure that they are getting as much money out of that deal as possible.
