I love investing in real estate. Actually. I like to place my money into oil and gas because it is a high cash flowing asset, which means I get that money back faster so that I can turn around and redeploy it into real estate. And now in a relatively short time frame, I have funded two different assets and eventually oil and gas is going to keep cash flowing, but then eventually I'm going to get that appreciation when the asset is divested in real estate down the road.
