A lot of the deals that I see in oil and gas, I mean, they're promising crazy returns. And there are deals out there with really good potential upsides. And that's really not my strategy. My strategy is coming into projects that we know are most likely going to have oil they're going to produce. Our returns aren't necessarily exciting. Like, you can see, we're drilling in proven areas. We've got X number of wells. Here's what the returns are, here's what the tax benefits are. If you can go in and find an unproven field and develop that out, I mean, there is major, massive potential and upside in that, but you can also lose everything as well. There's different strategies around it. Mine is go into proven areas, paying a little bit more for it. But we know we're going to produce oil, and we know we're going to have cash flow.
