In this May 2021 market update, Dan Willis presents his three top stock picks for the month, emphasizing that the video is for educational purposes only and not financial advice. He begins with a disclaimer urging viewers to conduct their own due diligence. Willis highlights a bullish outlook for the U.S. healthcare sector, citing anticipated Medicare reforms and increased post‑COVID clinic activity, and then dives into detailed analyses of three companies: 1. Skylight Health Group (SHG / SHGFF → NASDAQ: SLHG) – a Canadian OTC healthcare clinic operator planning to uplist to NASDAQ. Willis explains its acquisition‑driven growth model, telemedicine offering, and internal insurance, and predicts a price move from the current CAD $1.40 to the $3‑$4 range post‑uplisting, potentially delivering ~100% upside. 2. Eton Pharmaceuticals (ETON) – a biopharma with three recent FDA approvals. Willis outlines a “catalyst sandwich” of a PDUFA decision on Thursday, earnings on Friday, and another PDUFA on Saturday, plus additional PDUFA events in June and August. He provides price targets ranging from $12‑$13 if only one PDUFA succeeds, up to $15‑$16 if both approvals and earnings are strong. 3. Pangea Logistics (PANL) – a low‑float shipping company focused on iron‑ore transport. Willis notes an 87% short‑interest ratio, significant dark‑pool activity, and a unique fleet capable of winter‑channel navigation. He anticipates a potential price move from the current $3 level to $6‑$9, suggesting a possible position double‑down. Willis wraps up by reminding viewers to perform their own research, referencing resources like TipRanks, Seeking Alpha, and StockTwits, and promotes his daily market‑breakdown videos. The overall tone is cautiously optimistic, with each stock presented as a high‑potential, short‑term play for May.

All right guys, hard to believe, but we're there already. May is upon us and it's time to get ready. These are my top plays for May. Let's go. Before we get the ball rolling here, guys, remember, general disclaimer on this. You can read the facts down below, but this is not financial advice. I'm not giving you financial advice. This is for education purposes only. Any decisions you make with your finances, you should do your own research, speak to a financial advisor if you don't know what you're doing. But this is not to be copycat. This is me giving you my ideas, my thoughts on what I'm going to do with my portfolio. You guys need to make informed financial decisions for yourself. That isn't going to happen here on YouTube. You need to do your own research, do your own due diligence, or seek out a financial professional that can help you out. So it's been a wild run of the year, guys. I haven't really been playing a ton in the bio and healthcare sector so far this year. However, that's all going to change. 2 of the 3 plays for May are going to be plays that are reliant on the healthcare sector. Biden is looking bullish into healthcare this year, guys. We're talking about Medicare coming down to the age of 50. We're seeing all kinds of spending happening in that. As the COVID crisis subsides, people are gonna be heading back into the clinics to get procedures, to get treatments they haven't been able to get up to this point, especially in the US. Uh, so this is gonna be a big month for bio in my opinion. I'm gonna throw you guys at a couple of tickers. The first one we're gonna take a look at here though is SHG. Now, for those of you in the States that are checking your, your dashboard right now and going, SHG, I can't find it, because it's a Canadian company, okay? So what you'd be looking at right now is SHGFF. It's actually going to be listing, uplisting to the NASDAQ as SL— wanna make sure I get that right, Skylight Health Group, SLHG, later this month, okay? So that's the first big news on this, guys. SHG, this Canadian OTC company, works in healthcare. They own clinics. Their expansion model is to buy profitable clinics and make them more profitable. They offer a version of telemedicine. They have medical insurance that they provide internally in their clinics. They are growing by profit, so they acquire a group of small clinics that they see profitability in. They buy them, they put in their own system, they get the the existing client base there on their insurance process, and then they move on to another clinic, and they're just slowly buying and accumulating chains. Okay, so that's number one on this is rapid expansion is something that they're looking for. They're buying into the U.S., heading into that bullish medical sentiment that we're going to see. That's number one. Nasdaq listing is number two. This stock is looking to update. Update. This is number 2. They're looking to uplist to the NASDAQ, guys. This is a big deal. This is not a small play. When a Canadian OTC company uplists to the NASDAQ, you see a lot of ETFs that hold kind of this, this healthcare portfolio or these low mid-cap stocks, these micro stocks. These ETFs buy up shares in these stocks because they are now a part of the NASDAQ. So, uh, that's going to be positive growth on this. Now this thing is floating around that $1.45, $1.40 range right now. Uh, Canadian, $1.40 Canadian. Uh, as it uplists into the NASDAQ, guys, I'm expecting to see a price movement on this probably closer to the $3, $4 range, which is a pretty solid 100% return. That's kind of my estimate where I'm going on this. Set your own price targets, but definitely worth taking a look in my opinion. All right, so if, you know, SHG wasn't really for you, it's a Canadian ticker, you're not really sure about uplistings, what that looks like, No problem, I got something else. BioSector, ETON, E-T-O-N. Now this stock here is a very, very interesting one. It's currently floating around that $8 mark, it's not super expensive, but they just recently, as of last quarter, had 3 FDA approvals. So they have 3 drugs that are in the pipeline now that they are earning money on, okay? This is the first quarter results that are coming up at the end of May, and they've got a nice little sandwich going on here. So what we have is on the Thursday before their earnings, so their earnings are on the Friday, their Thursday at the end of May, is going to be their PDUFA on one of their drug designations, which means they will no longer have 3 drugs that they're making money on, they'll have 4. So they've got an FDA approval followed by an earnings that will have their first revenue and sales on their existing 3 products. And then the Saturday after that, there's another PDUFA filing. So PDUFA, earnings, another PDUFA. This sandwich is Unlike anything I've ever seen. If that wasn't enough to get you excited though, there's actually some longer-term potential on this play into, uh, June, July, August, where they have 2 more PDUFA being approved in June and August. So if you guys are looking for a play that isn't necessarily just May but has some longer-term potential, this could be it. But there is enough catalyst at the end of the month of May, in my opinion, for ETON to actually have some solid growth. Now, Where do I think it can go? Ballpark price target on this for me, guys. If they get— there's a lot of factors to it. If they get a PDUFA approval on their first one, earnings comes out good, but they miss the second one. Well, I mean, you're still going to see some positive growth. It's not going to be as much as it could have been, maybe somewhere around the $12 range, $12, $13 range. If they can only show good earnings but they don't get either of the PDUFAs, I don't think we see it move too much. The positive earnings isn't going to be enough. If we see all of it go well, though, everything goes well, they get both PDUFA, we see the earnings produce really well for them, I think there's a possibility that we could see this thing run up to $15, $16. Uh, that's my personal opinion. Again, guys, take a look at the DD, open it up, take a look, uh, whether you use TipRanks, StockTwits, uh, Eton, or Seeking Alpha, whatever you're using, just check it out. There's a lot of news in the feed on it. I'm really, really bullish on the fact that we have those approvals coming and sandwiching around in earnings. That's going to be their first revenue-positive earnings. So I'm excited to see what that ticker does. Last but not least, guys, my third pick for May, and this one is a little bit of an oddity because this is not a sector that I usually play a lot, but the shipping industry is on fire right now, guys. Uh, for those of you who don't know, we just had the FINRA numbers dropped yesterday, so we've got an accurate depiction as of 2 weeks ago of what short volume is looking like on a whole bunch of different tickers. Now there's a lot of myths out there about GME being highly shorted, AMC, Clover Health— none of those popped. However, there was one that caught my attention in a big way, PANL, Pangea Logistics, guys. This one here is a low float, extremely low float, low volume stock that is having all kinds of interest pop on it. Dark pool is showing up in a big way on this. High volume on Friday, last Friday, high volume again on Monday. Today it's doing all right for volume, not the, the million, but at least it's showing decent size on it. The short volume on this thing is 87%. 87%. That's massive. It's, it's not the 100% plus that GME was at its height, but an 87% short volume gives me a lot of interest on this thing. Those shorts are going to have to cover as shipping picks up, especially since Pangea is focused in the iron ore sector. We're seeing a lot of talk about iron out of the Tesla earnings call. China is looking to move forward with iron production. They're looking to distribute that to the world. We're talking infrastructure in the US. You're going to need steel to do that in order to get steel, you're going to need the iron from Australia, Russia, India, China. That's going to come across. The people bringing it, probably going to be Pangea. The other really attractive thing with Pangea, guys, is they're probably going to report some really positive numbers for the past quarter. Their ships, unlike most, have been custom fitted to serve through winter windows, so they can trade winter channels because their ships are equipped to navigate those waters during ice, during cold. So they're gonna have a really interesting earnings coming up. On top of that, you've got the, uh, the short volume being on there paired with some dark pool interest that's seeing a massive volume increase. Low float, high short interest, good covers. I, I really like the possibilities on this one. Now, this one's floating around $3 right now. Depending on how hard it could run and how much volume we see on it, who knows, maybe it goes $9, maybe it goes $6. In either case, I'm looking to possibly double the position on this. That's my thoughts on it. Definitely take a look, guys. If you're unfamiliar with the shipping industry, take the time to read that, learn that. It's a great opportunity. Um, there's tons of information out there on that, guys. You know the sites that you love to go to. Again, for me, TipRanks, Seeking Alpha are typically great places just to get all the headlines in one place. That is it for my month of May though, guys. That is what I'm looking at. Remember, I'm still in Clover warrants. That's more of a long-term play that I'm looking to, uh, into Q3. However, for this month, uh, Eton, SHG, and PANL are the 3 that I'm looking at very seriously. Again, guys, not financial advice. I'm not advocating that you buy or sell these positions. Again, it's just for education purposes, making you guys aware that there are these potential plays out there. Do your own due diligence, go out there, do the hard work, do the studying, do the research, make a decision on your own whether you like these plays or not. If you guys have plays that you think that I missed— Millennial, how could you possibly miss this play? It's so huge in May. Let me know down in the chat below.
