Good morning. Back on the walk. Was looking at it this morning and just realizing when I started this, when I, back in April, it was 2 a day. So I would do this walk, it was about 2 kilometers, I would do 2 of these a day. But mid-June, I decided to switch it up to 3. So one in the morning, one in the afternoon, one at night. It's just, it's a great way to get out. It's a great way to clear your head. It's a great way to get kind of centered and ready for your day. But on top of that, I started to think about, well, how far have I come? How far have I come just with this regular habit? It's something that I enjoy doing. It's something I do anyway. It's part of my schedule. But how far have I come? And just taking that moment to kind of figure it out. If you line it all up back to back, I've walked from Ottawa to Napanee in a couple of months. That's a walk. That's a bit of a trip. It's got me thinking while I'm walking here, How true that is of everything else. When you look at the little things that you just do as part of your routine, if they're positive, I mean, if they're negative too, but if they're positive, you go to that gym just that one time every morning for a half hour, you go to the gym and you get your workout in and you lift that 10,000 pounds. You go to the pool, you swim, you do a couple laps. You have one less meal that's got junk in it and one meal that's better for you. You have one more day where you just do that You do that thing that you've been promising to do. You, you open up your Bible, you spend that 10 minutes in it. It's amazing to see those incremental gains that happen without even realizing it when you can just build it into a habit. What's your habit?
