Good morning, guys. How's it going? This is your Social Media Morning and I am excited to get right down to it. So let's go. So to get the ball rolling today, guys, we've got some news from the UK. BBC reporting that heavy social media users in a new study are getting far less sleep and even when they're asleep, they're getting very poor sleep at that. If you are a social media user out there that's using, we'll say, 4 hours or more a day, you may want to check this out. We've got a new ad campaign out of Miller, and this one's kind of interesting as far as social media goes. Miller Lite is saying they will give you a free beer. All you have to do is unsubscribe. I know the Raptors had an amazing season last year up here in Canada. I'm sure everybody will be watching that. And last but not least, World Series Game 1, Nationals take it. So we'll see where that goes. But those are the trending topics this morning, guys. That's what we're seeing in the feeds. For your social media updates today, guys, we are starting off with Facebook. Yep, Facebook dropped news today that they are going to be updating their platform so that organic reach is very specific. So what they've had happen in the past is if you are getting organic impressions to your page, but let's say somebody goes off and comes back and goes off and comes back and goes off and comes back in, let's say a minute, maybe 2 minutes, what's going to happen is each of those are counting. And in reality, it's probably the same visit, especially if it's people that are visiting from spotty internet connections. So what they've done is they've analyzed that data, they're able to break it down, and what they're going to do now is organic reach impressions, you're going to see your impressions go down on page, but it's the same people that have always been there. But instead of it popping in and out like that, you're going to have a clear understanding of who's hitting the page and when. Next up, for all of you Twitter fans out there, you now have a lights out dark mode. If you were part of the alpha, Twitter's playing around with the concept that you can put the lights out when it's late at night, when it's dark, you don't want that bright light. No problem. They've got a tweak to the app that you're able to use that late at night. It'll pop up, bam, you've got the option and it will just darken the mode for you. so that everything's not so bright and, and, you know, you can get some rest. So that's there for you guys, that's coming down the pipeline. Last but not least, guys, for all you iPhone 11 users out there, good news from YouTube. You can now watch all of your favorite YouTube channels in HD. That's right, all you gotta do is click the 3 dots, select your viewing options, HDR will be available to you guys.
