All right, let's take a look what's going on today. All right, first up, Brian Wallace is an amazing guy when it comes to infographics as well as a bunch of other stuff, but NowSourcing does some phenomenal stuff with infographics and they have dropped their 2020 best of 2019 infographic list. It's an amazing thing to look at, guys, especially if infographics isn't something you use in your social media. I highly recommend you take a look. and get a feel what the best of the best are doing. So go check that out. As always, guys, links for all of this stuff down below so you can check it out. New Year's resolutions are a big deal, guys, and nobody helps you better than Jim Kwik. If you don't know Jim Kwik yet, he is the master of the mind. This guy works with Hollywood celebs, massive business owners, helps you learn how to reprogram your mind to learn things effectively. Why does that matter? Well, your New Year's resolution is only gonna go so far if you're not motivated and haven't reprogrammed your mind to accept that habit into your schedule. Check out his podcast, take a listen. It's gonna help in a big way in helping you keep those resolutions from now all the way through till next year. We've got a Facebook update, folks, and this one is for publishers. If you're out there and you've got an active blog like Mike Alton, or maybe you're part of a bigger company like Hootsuite or TweetDeck, Huffington Post, who knows, whatever it may be, guys, there is a new update on Facebook where your articles that were popping into stories are now going to have more recycling, more targeting, better click-through rate as a result. Most of the publications that are seeing the effect from this update are claiming they've got a 9% increase. That's a lot, a 9% increase on viewership on the articles that they're putting out there. So if you're part of that Instant Articles process on Facebook, rest assured the update has landed and your articles are going to start seeing more time as they're retargeted back in the feed. That's right. Old articles that you put in are gonna go back in. There's gonna be better placement. You're gonna see a higher click-through rate. If you're not already using this, go ahead and check out Facebook Articles, Instant Facebook Articles. It's all about the story game on Facebook, and this helps you take your articles to that audience. Good news for all you business owners over on Instagram. Instagram has dropped an update, guys, and it's giving you a lot more control over who sees your content and how. First up, they've got the ability for you to restrict age and geographically to restrict age. So if you're creating content that's a little bit more mature, or maybe you just want to reach a more mature audience, uh, whether let's say you work in a retirement home or maybe you do work in digital marketing, but you're trying to target companies that work in older demographics, or you want to speak directly to decision makers. So you're thinking maybe you don't need that 18 to 25 range as much as you want that 25 to 40 range. It gives you the ability to control who sees your content from an age demographic. So I think this is fantastic both for younger and older users. If you know your ideal customer, this helps you limit down who's actually seeing what you're putting out there. It's a more targeted, direct approach, which could be helpful if you are engaging a community directly. The other thing that Facebook has going on here, guys, is you are going to see in your activity stream an aggregated source of all kinds of different people that are mentioning business stuff in their feed. So you can get a quick snapshot of what's going on around your business, who's mentioning you, who's talking to you. This is there for you. This is really positive, guys. I have not been a huge advocate of Instagram for a long time. Anybody that knows me knows that, but I'm glad to see they're making some moves to help businesses better use the platform. Last but certainly not least, Lisa Loeffler has dropped the B2B conference list for 2020. So like you, like me, there's people that just love going out to conferences. Guys, whether you're learning, whether you're socializing, whether you're networking, whether you're speaking, whatever it may be, this is a great comprehensive list of B2B marketing events for you to attend in 2020. I know I will be taking a look as I'm still looking to fill in one or two more speaking gigs in North America. So this is gonna be a fantastic list to run through. I highly suggest you take a look and give it a whirl, figure out which ones you're gonna attend. Let me know down below which social media conference, digital marketing conference, or B2B marketing conference you're looking to attend this year. I know Social Media Marketing World 20, I will be there. I'm stoked to be there, but there are some other ones out there that often get overlooked that are massive events. All right guys, that's it for today. Hopefully this was helpful for you. If it was, give it that like, share it out, give me your comments, let me know what you think. Also, this program, we're only about a week and a half into doing this consistently. So if you have any tips, tricks, ideas, things that you would like to see some more of on the program, Let me know in the comments and I will do my utmost to help you guys get there. Have an amazing day, guys, and I'll catch you tomorrow with another episode.
