Woke up this morning, 4:00 AM, and the last thing I wanted to do was get out of bed. Sore, tired, I'm not feeling great. All right, I could easily just lie back down in bed, no problem. And then I realized, well, I mean, the mood shouldn't dictate how you're gonna move, right? You're sad, you're tired. Yeah, those are real things. Acknowledge those. That feeling matters, but it shouldn't stop you from doing the thing that you need to do in order to get the thing that you want. Right? You wanna rebuild, you wanna get healthy, you wanna build a business. Those hours where you are committed to getting up and getting things going and dedicating that time are crucial. It doesn't matter how you feel. If you only do it on the times that you feel like you're gonna, I don't know, succeed or feel great or feel happy, very little work is ever gonna actually get accomplished. You have to make that effort to not let the mood become this mandate of, I'll do things when I feel good. No, do things in order to feel good. How about that?
