All right, guys, I have to just get this out there. I've had some really hard conversations with a couple of men over the past couple days, and this, this saying of fine, it's gotta go. It's gotta stop. Talking to guys that are going through prison, addiction, divorce, suicidal thoughts. How are you? I'm fine. Man, it's gotta go. It's gotta stop. You're not fine. You gotta be angry. You gotta be sad. You gotta be happy. You gotta be joyful. You gotta be the things that you are. But fine, fine is nothing. Fine is a tax. It just weighs on you. It's something that you're constantly paying out to everybody around you, and you're doing yourself a disservice. You're not fine. Please, guys, please stop the fine. Just cut it. Cut it from your whole vocabulary. Wrestle with what it is that you're actually feeling in that moment. You're not fine. You're not. You're good, you're bad, you're happy, you're sad, you're angry, you're tired, you're whatever it is. Be that thing. Don't be fine.
