So in scripture, it tells us to just focus on today. Tomorrow will deal tomorrow. Yesterday's already a done deal. Like, there's enough anxiety today, there's enough stress today, there's enough focus today, there's enough to be done today. And at first it was like, okay, well, this must surely just be about a focus thing. And it's not. It's really about a freedom thing. When you limit your list, when you start cutting things off of, oh, what didn't I get done yesterday? That cuts off a whole world of stuff. When you get rid of, oh, I've got this next week and the following month and 6 years from now. And when all that goes away and all you have to focus on is what do I need to accomplish before my head hits the pillow tonight? There is such a freedom in that. So Monday, we're there, guys. If you have a massive list that is drowned down, bogged down, weighed down by what didn't get done last week, what needs to get done a week from now, stop, pause, take a look at your list and figure out what has to get done today and knock it out. And if you have day after day after day after day of that, I promise you things are gonna go a lot smoother.
