Guys, I want you to program the pause, okay? Have that ability throughout your day when you feel like, okay, feeling weighed down, I'm feeling stressed, or my mind's moving a mile a minute. Pause. And everybody's got their own way of doing it. There's different meditative things that you can do. There's people that breathe. I like to go for walks or go swimming. There's people that like to knit and sew. There's people that like to, I don't know, chew gum. Whatever it is, but take Take that moment to pause. Take the time to take that pause and collect yourself. It's okay. The world is not gonna erupt if you take 5, 10, 15 minutes to yourself in order to get right back to whatever it was you're gonna do. But often that pause, just taking that 10, 15 minutes, is gonna allow you to move forward as opposed to having sat there stressed out, frustrated, angry, upset, overwhelmed, and getting nothing done for the next 2, 3 hours, the rest of your day. Program the pausing, guys. Take the time if you need it, when you need it.
