All right, guys, you got to invest in yourself. I've been doing the 75 Hard Challenge. I've been adding things incrementally as we go. So it started with a 2K walk every day, then 2, then 3, then some swimming. Now I'm looking to take it up to a 5K walk, hopefully jog eventually. I'm not much of a runner, but jog eventually. But in order to do that, I've been doing the walks barefoot and grounding. I'm not going to be able to run 5K barefoot. So it was time to invest. And when I say invest, just be aware of your budget. You don't have to break the bank to do it, right? One trip to Value Village, you get yourself a backpack, sale backpack. It's not a bad backpack, but a sale backpack, $5. $5, that's it. Get yourself a pair of headphones. You can get these real cheap. This was $10 GT special, right? Real cheap. You got Value Village running shoes, right? $16. So you're looking at $30 and you've got a whole running kit. And now that small investment in yourself is gonna pay out in the long run as you get towards that 5K walk added in. The health benefits, the mental benefits, the spiritual benefits, depending on what you do on your walk/run, right? Listening to music, praying, whatever it is. But you gotta invest in yourself. That $30 is gonna pay itself back in no time. Look at where you're spending your money. Is it going into the Netflix? Disney Plus? Is it going into junk food? Is it going into booze and cigarettes? Where are you investing in yourself? Make sure it's going in the right spot.
