Over five weeks of doing one extra thing daily—another chapter, email, workout, or push-up—the speaker built noticeable momentum. Small increments stack up. You don't need a monumental workload to build something remarkable.
Chapters
So just looking over everything from the last 5, 6 weeks and kind of blown away that by doing just one more thing, just every day, just do that one more thing and I'll feel it around 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock. You know, I've been at it since 4 or 5. It's like, okay, well I could stop now. I put in a full day or I could just do one more thing. That one more thing, it stacks, it piles, it grows. You start to see whatever it is you're working on, one more chapter, one more exercise, one more email sent, one more piece of work done, one more video posted, any of those. The gains on that one more thing stack so much. So if you feel like you're stuck, if you feel like you're not sure kind of where to go next, what to do next, you just want to stop. That's it. I'm done for the day. That's enough. Just push yourself to do that one more thing, whatever it is. One more set of push-ups, one more chapter read, one more email sent that you gotta send that you've been pushing off, one more piece of paperwork you gotta do. Just do that one more thing. It'll add up.
