A speaker urges you to celebrate your wins after putting in the work. Use beach imagery to illustrate the point: earn it, then own it by deliberately pausing to enjoy your reward at the end of a demanding day.

There's something about just taking the end of the day, you busted it out, you knocked out a pile of stuff, and you're at the beach, and you're enjoying it. Yeah. The sun, the sand, the smells. Treat yourself, whatever your thing is. Maybe it's not the beach, maybe you're not a big beach person, but whatever it is, at the end of a hard day or a day where you've crushed it, just have that thing.
