Stop building the problem. Your mind does this crazy thing when there's something that you have been avoiding, something you don't want to do, something you don't want to pick up. It just sits there and your mind builds it up of like, oh no, it's gonna take so much time. It's gonna take this, it's gonna take that. It's gonna be this massive. The reality is it's bullshit. It's just bullshit. It's it's not gonna be that big thing. You got forms to fill out. Fill them out. Honestly, when you sit down and do it, it'll be like, oh, that was a half hour. That wasn't so bad. You know? Oh, I've got to call that person and have that phone call. I'm super. Intimidated. Build up this big story in your head, you make the phone call, and it's a nothing. It's done. Oh, I've got to do this, I've got to do that. It's just bullshit. It's, it's not true. Just get it done. Bite the bullet, sit down and do the work, and you're gonna get there.
