Good morning, back at it again. It is a beautiful day, blue sky, sun's a-shining, definitely a beach day. It, it hit me looking at the photos from yesterday, the 75 Hard Challenge I've been doing, where so much change has happened over 4 weeks, but day to day it doesn't feel like much is happening. And one of the things that's been really, really helpful for me is adding that little bit more every week. So, you know, one week it was changing the style of pushups I was doing, or adding an additional walk was one of the things I did during one of the weeks. And what's amazing to me is how adding just that little bit more can amplify the results so much. It seems like such a small change, but just adding that tiny little bit to something you're already doing can get you growth like you hadn't imagined. So I just wanna give you guys that encouragement that if you are feeling like you're stuck, you're feeling like In a place where you've hit this plateau and you're not really going anywhere, take a look at the stuff that you're doing. And maybe you don't have time to add something new, so change something that you're already doing and make it a little bit more challenging. Just a little bit. Don't— you don't have to go insane with this. Just a little bit more. So, you know, you're trying to eat healthy. Okay, so maybe you look at cutting back your calories just a little bit. Maybe you cut out a snack that you would normally have. Maybe if you're Hoping to get fit at the gym, you just add 10 more minutes to your workouts every day. You add one more set to your workouts every time you're there. Just add that little bit more and track it. See what the results are, but that tiny little change, that one thing, that little bit more makes a huge difference down the road.
