SNAPCHAT GETS AD CRAZY, TikTok draws people to your websites and Twitter gives its version of edit!

Good social media morning, guys. Let's go! Welcome back, guys. I hope you're having an amazing week. Today is going to be a speed round. I got tons of stuff to do getting ready to go off to Social Media Marketing World, so I gotta get this done. So let's get right down to it. 3 quick updates for you, and then we are off and running for the day. Snapchat continues to innovate, guys. I love this idea for ads where in Snapchat, if you post an ad, there's a swipe swipe up to call option. That's right. You can get customers directly on the phone from your Snapchat ads. I think this is a great innovative way to use the tool. This had huge success over in India. They finally brought it over to the US. Enjoy it, use it. It's an amazing tool. If you know how to target effectively on Snapchat, the ability for your client to call you directly up and you're there. As a consultant, I'll be taking a look at this feature seriously. I highly recommend it for you guys out there that have services as opposed to products. I think that this service-based industry is going to benefit hugely from this type of ad style where it's interactive. You can get people on the phone, you can have a direct conversation. One of the big things that people know I love about TikTok is that it is trying to allow people to share the content from the platform to as many places as possible. Well, now it goes a step further. It is allowing you to place your website backlink directly in your profile on TikTok. Making it that much easier for you to direct high-quality traffic from your TikTok directly to your business. I think this is a great step. They continue to show that they want people to be interactive, they want people sharing the platform content, and they want people going where you want them to go, not where TikTok wants to keep them. Unlike Instagram, the other counterpart tries to lock people down, keep them in place, not have them go everywhere, and makes it very difficult to share. TikTok continues to innovate to allow people to to do the most to drive people where they want them to go. I love this innovation. I think it's a great simple way to continue adding to the value offering that TikTok brings to business. All right guys, new update on Twitter. It's not the edit button we hoped for, but it's something at least. Now they've made it simpler for you to go back into old tweets and add into the thread. That's right, you can add additional new posts into older threads in order to make the thread more updated, more content-aware. Say you made a mistake in a previous post, you can add an additional post to it and correct yourself and make an addendum. People will get an update that are members of that thread. I really think this is a small token offering to those that are begging for an edit button on Twitter. I don't know that we'll ever see it. Jack has come out blatantly and said you will never see an edit button, but at the very least, this is a way for you to correct your typos with a fat finger GIF and adding it into the old messages with new ones. It's a small offering, but at least it's something for you guys over on Twitter that struggle like I do with the fat fingers. So hopefully you guys find that useful. That's it for today, guys.
