What's funny is the so IPOC, the the guy that we were talking about yesterday that has done IPOC, IPOB, and IPOA, which became Space. He's pulling, he's selling all of his space position or most of his space position because he wants liquidity to be able to fund other endeavors.

That news came out yesterday. So for me, what I do with Bitcoin is let's see here if I can get it.

Mera is dropping because Bitcoin was dropping.

Bitcoin is now $22,600. It's a red, red candle for the first day. So I think people are expecting consolidation that it might come back down to $21,000 or $20,000.

Um, I thought we would see 20 again before we saw 25.

Uh, so we'll see what we will see here, but, uh, I think it's gonna be a declining day as far as Bitcoin goes. Um, That's unfortunate. That's bad news for Cyberpunk. CDPR? What is CDPR?

So this dip right here, it fell down to 7-something.

Oh, I see. After they can, right? Yeah, I mean, for me, guys, I, I am very, very bullish on this.

It seems like every SPAC this guy has had, uh, seems to want to pop up to around that $25-$30 range. So here's, uh, his other one. This is IPOB, uh, popped to around that $20 line and then popped again to $30. Um, thoughts on Seagrow?

I'm not big on pot stocks, man.

Just, it's not a big thing for me. I have played them, I took wins on them, but this is his pot, isn't it? No? Do I have this mixed up with something else? I thought that this was— Yeah, it's a pod stock.

Yeah, not a huge fan. Saki, that's kind of the strategy that I'm playing right now with BTWN IPOC.

I think right now with SPACs, you do have that $10 assurance, right?

And so for me, I'm willing to buy a little bit above that, but it seems like every SPAC goes up to at least $20.

Um, and when it comes in now, I guess that all depends on the company that they acquire, but, um, I, I think there's potential to the strategy. Um, we'll see what the wins look like over the next 4 weeks though.

Seagrow is looking to— they are a SPAC company.

Collective Growth Corporation intends to operate in the cannabinoid industry. Last week, Laser dipped because Seagrow picked up Innoviz. Interesting. You are correct, it is not a pot play. It is looking like an EV play. What do we got here? This is an old article. This is— oh no, this says 3:40 AM. This picture has been used over and over and over again. That's all.

Yeah, I saw this this morning, but the way that I read this is, um, even in this article, the sources who declined to be identified as they were not authorized to speak about the matter said the listing is subject to market conditions.

So first of all, this headline came from somebody who won't identify themselves. Not a good sign. The dual listing plan is designed to help the company which operates a platform for online stores, blah, blah, blah.

Asked to comment on the listing plans, Tokopedia referred Reuters to the statement issued earlier this week in which it said an indirect listing via SPAC was an option. They had not yet decided on the market or the method.

So what I want to see is what kind of relationship does this guy have?

If I search him and Richard Li, what kind of, what kind of relationship do these guys have? Okay, okay, okay.

Steelman, thank you so much for the gift. Thank you so much for that Prime Gaming sub. So yeah, so Seagrow may be another play. I'm getting— I feel like there's a drain on the EV sector though. I honestly feel like there's a drain on the EV sector. I don't know that this will perform as well as these other SPACs that I'm in. We are now down to 22.5 on Bitcoin, guys. We are heading down. I'm looking to get out of eye pocket 20. So if it does that pop on, if it does that pop on Their SPAC announcement, great. If it does it on the vote, great. But that's what I'm looking for is $20.

I'd like, I'd like to come as close to doubling up as I possibly can on it.

Um, the reason why I'm not in VTGN is because right now, um, I'm focusing on— I broke through my $50,000, uh, target for the year. I, I would like to actually get it up and see if I can't make it to $75,000.

By the end of the month.

Um, that may be overly ambitious, but, uh, if ACRX gets news, there's possibility for me to make some cash on that. Um, if, if, well, IPOC and BTWN do what I expect them to do, um, I should make some cash on that. Um, especially if I can get these, like, if these can go to to $20, I'll almost double up.

That'll be another $20 grand almost right there. Um, ACRX doing what it's doing, and then LAC is a bit of a longer play, probably won't play out in time, but we'll see.

It's going to be tight. ACRX needs news before January in order for it to happen, and, uh, IPOC and BTW, I need to do what I, I hope they're gonna do.

Uh, so yeah, I agree.

This, this is into next year.

Um, no, uh, he's, uh I'm not telling you to do anything. You got to make your own decisions, guys. You got to make your own decisions. My insight is that I think Mara comes back down with Bitcoin.

I've been saying I think Mara or Bitcoin's going to come back down under $20K. I think Mara is going to come back to $7 or $8. I'll look at reentry and then I think into Q1 of next year. So.

Now I don't have short-dated calls. I don't even have long-dated calls on Mara.

I'm, I'm out of my equity as well, so I've just been patiently waiting for it to come back down where I want it to be.

And then, uh, oh, because of quad witching. Uh, again, uh, my opinion is like, am I going to close down all my positions?

No.

Um, but my options are for the most part are into Um, with the exception of a handful in February and March, my options are principally in January of 2022. So for me, it's just like, it's kind of a nothing day for me.

But there are plenty of people that are, are exiting on quad witching.

Um, what throws a wrench in the work is the stimulus bill looks like it's today or bust.

So, um, it's kind of a nutty day where typically you'd have people exiting positions, but there may be people making large entries in positions as well. You know, Tesla's gonna have a ton of buying going on today.

And so you're kind of left with this, this really interesting situation. You've got this cocktail of who knows what's going to happen.

That's what's going to be a lot of fun to watch today.

I hope it just takes off and Martini is filthy rich by the end of the day.

But Quad witching.

Well, whenever I look for articles, all I can refer you guys to is articles that, that claim triple witching, but I don't know that Investopedia has a quad witching. Oh yeah, it does. Okay.

Quadruple witching. If you guys don't know about Investopedia, I highly recommend it.

When I don't know what something is, that's just where I go.

Who calls out great SPAC plays?

Uh, I don't know.

Um, I, I don't know anybody that really plays SPAC plays.

I'm playing SPAC plays right now.

Um, yeah, I'm not sure. I, I can't think of anybody specific that calls them out. But, uh, so this is a date when derivatives of stock index futures—

so your index futures, index options, stock options, and single stock futures Features expire all at once.

G-H-I-B. Oh, what is this? Another spec. Yeah, I mean, at this point, I, I'm just not sure. I, I'm just not sure about these SPACs, guys. Um, all I have the bandwidth for is what I'm in. Um, I, I think SPACs, you need to do your due diligence. You need to know who's on them as far as The money side of things, and you need to be watching very, very closely what's going on. So there's BTWN. Like it had fallen to 1280 this morning.

People were losing their mind. It's back up to 1310 already. So for me, not a huge deal. Big sheet Tesla. Tesla. Let's see how Tesla's doing today.

Is reverse split a bad sign?

Uh, I don't think it's a good sign. Depends, I guess, which company we're talking about. Palantir gets a bearish critic on it.

Aurora downgraded by BMO.

Coinbase could get a $28 billion valuation. Wants a piece of that Coinbase IPO.

Yeah, I did. I exited LAC at a loss and I took a position in SHG again.

I'm confident SHG goes to $1.70, $1.60.

Yeah, I mean, there's BTWN at 1305, guys. What's interesting is Not a fan of LAC? I am. It's just a longer-term play, and I see more potential in SHG and, um, SHG, IPOC, and BTWN over the next 4 weeks than I do in, um, LAC.

I think LAC is going to be a February-March play, um, which means I'd probably look to enter late January on it.

Um, just bad entry on my part.

Which is okay. I don't mind taking a bit of a hit, learning a lesson, and carrying it over. Okay, so IPOC is coming up nicely. That's profitable. BTWN is down on the day, but it's still profitable. I would really love some news from IPICS, to be honest. I haven't heard a damn thing about Prolastin in forever.

So brolastin looks like it may be a cure to the common cold. Why did that not— why did this news not cause it to pop? Uh, I— like I said, I like Mara on low 8s.

I did take a look. There's just there's so many plays out there, guys. Callum, I am I am extremely bullish on BTWN when you've got Richard Lee and Peter Teal tag teaming to get something to market.

I'm a big fan. Those are two very strong faces in the finance sector. They've done quite well with IPOs and SPACs. Richard Lee is no slouch. He's a very, very smart man. He's run some very successful funds over the years. He has all the connections that you need to make something happen in Asia with his father being the King of Hong Kong. Like, it's just, it's a big deal. It's a big, big deal.

So BTWN, I'm more bullish on than IPOC.

IPOC is part of this IPO string that seems to be consistently good, but What was my buy price? Expensive. I got it for $1.17.

I, I don't know.

I started with an equity account, had $2,200 in it. An options account that had $500. As of right now, I'm managing over $50,000 in, in the equity and a little over $3K in the options. So 600% gains on the options portfolio, 2,200% on the— hey, 2,200%-ish on the equity so far for the year.

I've looked at Shrek. I'm not a huge fan. Nice, man. Fire eye at 120.

Shrek has been getting a lot. I remember seeing these warrants and these units. Um, yeah, I mean, you'd be playing against space on this, but, uh, there's still potential hype in that sector for sure.

That's just my opinion on it.

I really try to stay away from OTC. There are some stocks that I have that Americans would have to take OTC, but I take in Canadian. So like you guys wouldn't be able to trade SHG.

You'd have to trade SHGFF. Apoc Planet Planet Fitness is doing well. Hill is doing well. Still at $1.92, right? Got 250 calls.

I mean, that's just it with stimulus, guys. Sky's the limit if they actually can get this thing through.

I'm not holding my breath if that happens, but See if we can find that live stimulus feed again.

Okay, what are they still arguing about on this?

That's nutty. This would be an absolute nightmare if you tried anything like this. I'm fairly certain we would see a U.S. president escorted and arrested from office if you tried the Insurrection Act. I don't know that anybody would abide by that order. There there's no insurrection.

There's no rioting.

There's no. There's no immediate risk. If he was going to file an Insurrection Act, he should have done it back when people were burning cities to the ground. Stocks affected by stimulus the most: small business, restaurant sector, travel tourism, banking a little bit.

I think the Republicans in the states need to be very wary.

One of the things that they seem to pride themselves on was when Obama won, we didn't throw a tantrum. Then you guys threw a tantrum. Well, you guys are throwing a tantrum now.

The results are the results. If down the road there are signs of fraud, fantastic.

You can fix those before the next election. But let's get down to it here. There's things to get done. Move past it. Wake up and stop living in dreamland thinking that something's going to change here. Supreme Court was his hope, and he didn't— they rejected the case. So it's a done deal.

I would agree that he is hurting—

he is hurting the Republicans who are running for Senate in that runoff. He's not doing them any favors right now.

I think a CPA is better.

Now, my mom worked at Revenue Canada for 30 years, so she taught me how to do my own taxes. So I do my own.

But yeah, if you're not familiar with doing your taxes, you don't want to get dinged down the road.

So having a CPA look it over is always going to be better than TurboTax. I think the CPAs know how to make sure everything's in order. They also know how to get you a hell of a lot more money back. There are a lot of things that people do not know about Canadian taxes, and they pay a lot more tax than they need to.

So SMIC is Semiconductor Manufacturing International, OTC it's SMICY. Reporters reported that China's biggest chipmaker along with 80 other companies will be added to the US Commerce Department's entity list. The designation will deny SMIC access to US technology from software to circuitry on top of Less severe curbs imposed in September when the U.S. placed it on the export restrictions list for the supply line. SMIC is a supplier to Qualcomm and Broadcom, and it lies at the heart of China's ambition to build a high-caliber chipmaking industry and wean itself off of American technology. Beijing is also planning to provide broad support for so-called third-party or third-generation semiconductors in its next 5-year plan to boost domestic self-sufficiency. So the people that Broadcom and Qualcomm get their chips from are on the ban list. Now we do have Biden coming in. Biden's a lot more friendly with Asia, but it's going to be— it'll be a crapshoot in my opinion as to what happens with that, which companies stay and which companies don't. I don't feel for— I don't know the US Ambassador to China. I don't know if he's nominated. Yeah, there was rumors that Bob Iger would be the ambassador, but that's not confirmed.

So yeah, I'm a remote digital marketing consultant, and when conferences and events get back up, I'll be a public speaker again too. But for right now, those are all locked down. So I did trading this year because I recognized that conferences and events are essentially dead. This year. There's no way that I could have done anything with that. I suppose I could have tried to arrange Zoom presentations and do things that way. I did a couple of conferences that way this year, but it's not the same kind of thing for me, actually. It's got to be Die Hard, best Christmas movie of all time. I think somebody else brought Lumen up the other day.

So what was interesting on their LD Micro presentation was that they appeared to state that they are expecting their revenue to Go 400%, uh, and a 400% increase over the next, uh, 6 to 8 months.

Uh, and then as they acquire more and more clinics, they, they did say that it is possible that the revenue goes 10x year over year, um, on that. So for me, I'm just waiting. Um, the analysts that are on it have it somewhere around $1.70. Uh, if I can grab it right now at $1.17 and, you know, add 30% on it. That'd be great up there.
