In this solo video, the creator reflects on completing the original 75 Hard challenge and announces the start of the next phase—a 30‑ to 45‑day program that begins with a “conditioning week.” The conditioning week will lock in a strict 4:30 AM wake‑up schedule, include a daily live video before the alarm, and gradually build up to a 5‑minute cold shower each day. The speaker invites viewers, especially men, to join a private “school community” for daily updates and mutual accountability, promising a link in the comments. The overall message is a motivational call to action for anyone seeking a structured, intensive fitness and mental‑health regimen.

All right, it's, uh, 4:13 in the morning, and this is what it's been this past weekend of. It was great to celebrate 75 Hard. It was there. Somebody made me aware that there is a phase one, a phase two. Apparently, there's a full-year program that goes with this, and over the weekend, I just took a couple days celebrate, see okay what's going to be next, and deciding whether or not to commit to the next. It's not significantly more, but there are some things in it that are just like, okay, you're gonna be adding more to this. So for me, I, I made the decision this week I'm gonna ramp up to it. I'm gonna take a week of, we'll call it a conditioning week, but one of those things is gonna be the fast and hard 4:30 AM, get that sleep schedule locked in so there's not, you know, a day where I get to sleep in. It's just gonna be 4:30 is the wake-up across the board. So this will be a part of that, making sure that I'm doing a live video first thing in the morning here before 4:30. And then the big one, the hard one with the second one, at least for me, some people maybe don't have a problem with this, but there's a 5-minute cold shower that comes with it every day. So that's gonna be— That's gonna be the one that I have to work up with a little bit. Take the week and slowly condition myself towards a 5-minute cold shower. But I'm sure it can be done. I understand the value and the merit of it. But, uh, yeah. But starting next week, I know that there's a lot of folks that reach out and we're like, oh, I would love to do this alongside, I would love to do this with somebody. I am definitely going to be doing the next leg of 75 Hard, which is a 30-day— I think maybe it's 45 for the next one, 30 for the And after, whatever it is, 30 or 45 days, I, I'm gonna be doing it. Uh, it will be a daily thing that I start next Monday. So if you've been thinking about doing something different, making a change, wanna do it alongside or with a group of people, this is an opportunity to do that. Uh, if you are a man, uh, the school community that I've got going, that's there for you. Uh, I will be putting updates in there daily as well. So if you wanna do it, uh, in more of a private, close-knit community, that's there for you as well. I'll make sure to put a link to that in the comments. But, uh, yeah, starting next Monday, uh, phase 1. Of the 75 Hard program. It's a go.
