There are a couple of updates that are being hinted or suggested, so we'll tackle those first. The first one up is most of the social media websites out there have a light version, dark version, but some don't, and they're looking to make a change. So Facebook, WhatsApp, they're looking to give you that option of light and dark mode. That may not seem like a huge difference for anyone, but for those of you out there that like to make that change, you're a Twitter fan of light dark mode and you want that on WhatsApp or Facebook or Instagram, that option looks like it's coming down the pipe for you. So that's there for you. If you're out there wondering who are the biggest social media influencers of the year, no problem, Google's got you covered. Based on Google results, they have narrowed down who are the biggest influencers out there on the web today, and the list is down below for you. It's a beautiful infographic, it's quick, it's easy to look at, and if you're somebody who works in marketing and you're looking to tap the shoulder of a massive influencer, well, this list might just be the thing that you've been looking for. Okay, so professionals out there love to get that little blue checkmark next to their name. Okay, you're on a website, whether it's Twitter or Facebook, you want to be verified. Well, the guys over at Social Media Today have a fantastic article that's been written up. It was written up just before Christmas, so it's a little bit older, but I had to give it out to you guys. It's a great step-by-step on how you can get that verified checkmark next to your professional name on Facebook. Hopefully that's helpful to you guys. I think that that's a great way to go to let people know that you're, you're official, you're a great business. Do with it what you will, but the step-by-step instructions make it a killer piece of content. So that's there. TikTok may have been the new kid on the block last year, but now they are off and running and they are a serious powerhouse. If TikTok is something that you guys are looking at either as an influencer yourself, somebody who uses social platforms and is looking to make a name for themselves, or you're a business that's out there that's looking to dive into a new field of marketing, TikTok might be for you. The guys over at Hootsuite have done a phenomenal job breaking down what TikTok is, how it works, who you need to be looking for and why it matters if you're looking to reach out to Gen Z. So I'd love for your opinion on whether or not you think TikTok is gonna be a major player this year. Let me know down in the comments below. And don't forget to check out that link from Hootsuite and see how that's gonna work in the year 2020. Some people don't nerd out on data. I do. I love to better understand how things work.
