Happy Monday or whatever time it is where you're tuning in. Let me know if this is your first time. Just drop a 1 in the comment in the chat here. There's been new people coming in every week and some coming weekly. It's such an honor to have you back or for the first time. My name is Morgan and I guide these practices every other Monday. And then Adam and I guide these every other Wednesday. Awesome. So glad to have you for the first time. It's so beautiful to see, just globally, people tuning in for themselves to try out this breath work. This is a daily practice, and this is something that you can do daily, in the morning or whatever time of the day is right for you. And I will be guiding you through two types of breathing. The beginning will be much more clearing, and it's meant to really get you in your body to clear out even one thing that might be in your way. And then I will take you into a breath hold for you to have space to digest whatever it is that's coming up for you with the breath, whatever it is that's ready to be cleared out. And then the second half will be much more gentle. And I will be guiding you through this the entire time with you, so you do not have to remember necessarily all of this. I will be with you the entire time. But that beginning breath is exhales and inhales through the mouth like this, Just like that. Deep diaphragm breaths. Think of it like big 360 breaths, filling up your spine and your stomach almost like a balloon, just like that. And then, of course, the breath hold I take you into. And then more gentle breaths, which will be deep inhales through the nose and long exhales out through the mouth, just like that. And this is your journey with your breath. I am just here guiding you. You're holding space for you to truly take up space, even virtually even online. This breathwork is something that I did for actually over 100 days in a row. But my intention was only one day. It was one day to dive into my breath and dive inward. And doing this breath work consistently can truly change your life. And I'm a testament to that. So I'm so honored to have you here, and I encourage you maybe to even have an intention that feels right to you for this daily practice. It's normally one thing. The first thing that comes to your head and your heart is normally what the intention is. Find a comfortable space now where you will not be interrupted. You can be sitting up like I am with Your hands on your knees or even lying down if that feels right to you. This. This is a inward journey, eyes closed. So thankful to have you. And let's go ahead now and just. And tune in and try this out. So go ahead and close your eyes. Just tuning inward. Your breath rising and falling. Bringing awareness to the space and you're being. And maybe there's stuff already coming up for you. Maybe you feel chaos and just pulled so many directions. This is your space to connect and to clear. Just notice whatever it is you're feeling in your body, maybe even emotions that are coming up for you just with that awareness. Now let's begin to take those breaths. In and out through the mouth. Good. Find your rhythm. This is your breath. Wherever you need to create that space. Breathe it out. Take control of what you need. Wherever you're feeling spread too thin. Breathe it out. Wherever you're feeling chaos and need a break and a pause. Breathe out that chaos. Move it through. Let it go. Seven more breaths. Maybe shake it out if you need to. Move it through however it wants to move. Three more breaths. You're doing great. Two more. One more. Deep inhale in and just hold that at the top for a moment and see where you need rejuvenation in your life. That rejuvenation starts with you. Bring it up. See it clearly. Whenever you're ready, you can let that breath hold go. And begin now to take deep inhales through the nose, long exhales out through the mouth. Breathing in that space and that power, that rejuvenation. Allowing that empowerment and truest you to fill up in every one of yourselves now. Breathing in that calm that left during times of stress, in times of doubt. But I'm tired of fighting to hold on. Got too many stars to hide, so it's easy. Breathing in that love for yourself in this moment. Five more breaths here. Two more. One more. Deep inhale in the deepest of the practice and just let it all go. Just holding it out for a moment. Feeling gratitude in every one of yourselves in this moment. Gratitude for all of those who've helped you and hurt you along the way. We don't always have to like what we're grateful for, but we can still be grateful for it. Whenever you're ready, you can let that breath go and just begin to slow down your breath. Soft inhales and exhales however it wants to show up. Bringing awareness to the the ground beneath you in this moment. That energy rising up into your legs, up into your spine, rising up its own pace. All the way up into your shoulders, into your neck, all the way out the crown of your head up into the sky. Taking a deep inhale in now to ground that centeredness. Letting it all go. Connecting you in this moment to something greater than yourself. Knowing that you always have the breath to bring you back. One more deep inhale together, grounding us even further. Let it all go. Coming back into this moment. Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes, acknowledging this space in this moment. Whenever you're ready. Just gently opening your eyes and coming back into this space at your own time, welcoming yourself back back into this mom the breath is always under your control. You have control the entire time with your breath and this breath work. Such an honor to guide you deeper into yourself and to try out this breath work maybe for the first time. And for the those of you who are returning again and come back weekly, it's such an honor to have you we do these lives every other Monday at the same time 11:00am Central Time, 9:00am Pacific Time. So I invite you to maybe tune back in for the next practice and even share on this recording. This this will be saved to our page page here at Somatic Release where you can re watch at any time. If maybe you tuned in maybe mid practice or maybe near the end so you can receive at any point. Such an honor to have you. Would love to hear how this practice went for you. Feel free to DM us or comment on this post. Thank you for tuning in for yourself. We will see you in the next Braddock Guided practice, sending you so much love and light for the rest of your day. Until next time.
