Hello everyone. How do you feel about a guided daily practice together? A little breath work to begin our day. Or maybe it's the middle of the day where you're tuning in, but I'm so thankful to have you. Let me know if you're tuning in for the first time today. I love to see people coming in and just receiving for themselves with curiosity. Curiosity is what led me here and this daily practice, this short daily check in can be game changing for you. So just put a 1 in the comments here if you're new and if you're returning for maybe multiple times. I'm so thankful to have you back for yourself. Definitely find a space where you can just be comfortable. Even if maybe you're kind of on the go and you're tuning into this rather serendipitously, it's always for a reason. So just find a space where you can pause. You will have your eyes closed. Amazing one. So thankful to have you. You will have your eyes closed during this practice and I will be guiding you with my words, my breath, and of course the music the entire time. Thank you so much for coming. Several one, several first times here. I love that. So beautiful. This is a practice I ended up doing for over 100 days in a row. But that was never the original intention. It was just one day. One day like you were showing up today for yourself. And that one day can make all the difference. So go ahead now and just find a space again where you can be comfortable. We're going to do just a moment of grounding before we begin. Yes. Tyler, I remember you in the training. So thankful to have you. It's so important as practitioners of any modality to receive it for yourself. So let's just go ahead and take a deep inhale in together and just let it all go, maybe with sound, if that feels right. I will be guiding you through two rounds of breath work and the first will be more of a clearing breath that will be in and out through the mouth, deep diaphragm breaths and I will take you into actually a breath hold to pause any breathing, to just digest whatever's coming up for you and just connect without any breath. And then I will take you into another 30 breaths of more calmer re patterning breath. Deep inhales through the nose and long exhales out through the mouth. Just like that. And I will be guiding you again this entire time. So let's go ahead now and just close our eyes going inward, just bringing awareness to your breath, feeling how it wants to show up in this space, in this moment. Begin to feel that connection of energy rising up from the ground beneath you, up into the base of your spine, rising up through your spine, up into your shoulders, up into your neck, up into your head and all the way out the tip of your head up into the heavens into something greater than yourself. Know that with your breath nothing can shake you from this inward connection and firm foundation and holding on to that inward awareness. Let's begin to take deep inhales and exhales out through the mouth. Deep breaths. Find your rhythm. Where are you feeling scattered in your body? Breathe it out. Where have you felt disconnected from yourself? Let that go. Breathe it out. Wherever you've been carrying so much weight in your life. You don't have to carry that. Let it go now because you're almost there. Four more breaths. Clear out the chaos. Two more.
One more.
Deep inhale in and just hold this one at the top for a moment. See your peace. See where you've been just spread far too thin. Bring it up. Look at it. That weight that was never yours to carry. Whenever you're ready. Just go ahead and let that breath hold go. Begin to take deep inhales through the nose. Long exhales out. Breathe in that regulation and that freedom back into your body.
Do you remember when you looked in the water and saw your reflection? They drew at a map and they showed you direction. Your center is far in the east where your heart is at peace. When you enter.
That love is just a reminder. And that connection to self that left you during times of stress. Breathe it back in. Breathe in who you want to embody that grounding, that unshakable connection.
When you've lost your way, colors start to fade. Take a look within.
Three more breaths.
Remember.
Two more.
Remember five. The second center.
One more deep inhale in. Just let it all go now just hold that breath out for a moment. See your purpose and that potential that's always been a part of you. Feel it fully in every cell. Whenever you're ready, you can go ahead and just let that breath hold go and just begin now to slow the breath down here connecting back to your soma, your body back into this present moment and that energy again beneath you with a deep breath in and letting it all go. Feel that energy rising up again in the base of your spine and all the way up through your spine into your shoulders. Maybe some movement here up into your neck and all the way out the tip of your crown up into that connection and something greater than yourself. Let's Take another deep inhale here together. Let it all go. Wiggling your fingers and your toes now and just coming back into the space. Maybe placing your hand on your heart in this moment and honoring your practice. Practice, your body, your breath that can always regulate you. You just have to remember.
You can.
Go ahead now and just gently flood it. Your eyes open maybe slowly if that feels right. Just slowly coming back into the space in this moment. Gratitude. Gratitude for yourself for showing up with your breath. Thanks so much for coming. Jess and Tyler, two incredible practitioners. Brian, another incredible practitioner. Thank you Jennifer for coming.
