Breathe ALIGNMENT into Your Day | Guided Breathwork Meditation

Speaker A and Adam guide a breathwork meditation on worthiness. You'll do two rounds of circular breathing through your mouth, then slower nasal breaths with holds, while repeating "I am worthy" and moving energy between your heart, earth, and sky.

Each week and as always, an honor to guide with you and your beautiful space holding. So, yeah, welcome and welcome everyone. And if you don't know, Adam and myself are both practitioners of this beautiful modality. And Adam just had the honor of being an instructor at our most recent in person training. So that was beautiful to see that.
And just honestly, like a life changing experience, like in it. And it really does touch on, like, we say this all the time as practitioners. Like, every time we give a session, we receive a session. And the same is true from the aspect of being an instructor. Like the person that I was when I entered in on Thursday versus the person that I was that left on Sunday was not the same person. And it just goes to show that, like, we all have things that we work through and that's kind of like leading into. I think one of the themes that we're bringing up on this particular live is I had to work through some serious unworthiness issues. Like the whole flight down I was reviewing all of the materials and covering all of the slides. Like, mind you, like, I had spent countless hours already doing this leading up to it. But there was this like, inkling feeling inside of me that like that inner child of me that's like, who do I think I am coming up and being an instructor for this? And it really started to bring up these feelings of like, worthiness and all the way to the point of like opening the container on day one and like feeling the imposter syndrome, like, really starting to set in. And yet the moment we all stopped and just took that deep breath and dropped in together was like, nah, we're all worth it. We're all worth this entire experience. And the more we can lean into that worthiness, the more that we can actually become aware of we've all been worthy. It's just there's things in the way that tell us that, or like societal imprints or conditioning from our parents or just even experiences. Maybe somebody told you at one point in time when you were really young that you weren't good at something or that you shouldn't use your voice or any of these various things. And yet we attach to that and we hold on to that and we carry that with us throughout life. But in the moment we have to ask ourselves, is that true?
I feel that that landed. I can see hearts popping up. I think that landed for others as well. Yeah. Your worthiness is a part of you. It's a part of how you're created to be. And no one can really take that from you. But it's easy to feel like it's been taken in the noise and the chaos and getting to drop in in this moment with you. And we'll be guiding you. I'll be guiding you through a just a somatic awareness exercise to tune into your body, to tune into what you are feeling in this moment. And then Adam will guide us into a daily practice and really want to invite you to just honor whatever it is coming up, not to judge it. We have plenty of judgment, you know, in our world today and this is the space to receive and bring awareness to that. So such an honor and thank you for sharing a piece of your story. I know there's so much more to share and more to come. So, yeah, such an honor. Well, to bring you all in. This is going to be an inward journey and Adam will let you know type of breath we will do. But just to begin, I'd like to invite you just to take a deep breath in and let it all go. Just go ahead and close your eyes. Tuning inward, just bringing recognition to your breath, however it's showing up for you. And this very moment, bringing you inward, bringing awareness to worthiness. And wherever you're feeling that in your body, those physical sensations, where do you you feel that worthiness or maybe lack of worthiness. Just noticing that now, bringing awareness to those emotions. What emotions are tied to worthiness? What emotions come up for you in this moment? No judgment or trying to change them. Simply notice thing now. Bringing final awareness to stories that are coming up for you about your worthiness. Noticing those stories, simply awareness and how they tie to those emotions, those sensations remaining in awareness. Now Adam will guide us through a daily practice.
So we're going to go through two rounds of breathing. The first round is going to be in and out of your mouth, bringing that breath deep into the belly and trying to keep it in a circular fashion. So you are always breathing in, always breathing out. That may sound a little something like this. Your pattern may be a little slower, it may be a little faster. The importance is on the depth of the breath and not the speed. So just breathe in a way that allows you to continue to breathe. And then in the second half, we're going to slow it down by breathing in through the nose and out through the nose or mouth, whichever is most comfortable for you. Again, bringing it deep into the belly and still keeping in a circular fashion. And in between those two rounds of breathing, we'll take a breath hold. And so I'll ask you to take a deep breath in, let it all go. Take another deep breath. Then let that one go too. Then take a deep breath in, holding it at the top. And I will ask you to connect with your worthiness. And then we will engage in another one of these breath holds at the end of the practice. Still taking those three deep breaths in, but letting it all the way out on that third breath and holding it at the bottom. And don't worry, I'll guide you through this whole process so you can forget everything that I just said. Just really be here and present. Focusing on your breath. So let's go ahead and begin by consciously connecting to our breath. Bringing it in and out of your mouth, deep into your bell. Finding the pattern that's right for you. And let's go within. Using the breath like a breath broom to sweep out the unworthiness. Sweep out those stories. Anything that you don't want to carry anymore. That's it. Keep going. Deep breaths. Sa. What's in the way of your worthiness? Use the breath and clear it out. Slowing it down. Another deep breath in. Letting it go. One more deep breath in. Holding at the top and connect with your worthiness and feel it fully. Sa. Whenever you're ready, you can let that breath go. Switching to breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Breathing that worthiness into your body. Breathing that worthiness into your heart. Maybe internally saying to yourself, I am worthy. I am worthy. I have always been worthy and I will always be worthy. Slowing it down and feeling the truth of those words more. Taking five more slow, deep breaths in. Sat. Deep breath in. Letting it go. Taking another deep breath in. Letting that one go too. Taking in your deepest breath of the practice and letting it go. Becoming completely empty and holding it there. And just when you need to take that next breath of air. Breathe in the feeling of gratitude. Breathing in that gratitude for your connection to your worthiness. Breathing in gratitude for the knowing that you've always been worthy and will always be worthy. Now tuning into the energy running throughout your body. The energy that rises and falls up and down your spine with each breath you take. And on your next breath, right, that awareness and energy down your spine, the tip of your tailbone, and sending it down into the earth. Sending it all the way down to the core. Grounding your energy into the heart of the planet we call home. And taking three deep breaths to anchor yourself into that grounded connection. Now bringing that grounded connection back up into your body, back up through your tailbone. Sending it up your spine to the top of your head and Sending it up into the sky, up into the heavens, to connect with something greater than yourself. You may call this God, Goddess, Source, Spirit, may be your higher self, whatever name you call it. Take three deep breaths to strengthen that conn. And with your next breath, bring that connection back down into your body, down through your crown, down your spine, and into your heart. Binding the energy of the earth, the energy of the heavens into your heart, anchoring those energies into your worthiness, making you the center point between heaven and earth. Breathing into that connection within yourself, allowing this connection to become your anchor point as you go throughout the day, knowing that nobody can push you from this place. As long as you stay anchored in your heart and remember that you're worthy. Let's take another deep breath in, anchoring us into our hearts. Taking one more deep breath in with gratitude for everyone here on this call. And one final deep breath of gratitude, pulling us all back into the present moment. Thank you all for joining us in the somatic Breathwork daily practice.
So beautiful. Thank you for guiding us.
My pleasure.
And embodying what it means to feel, be and feel worthy. And exactly what that looks like in celebration.
I don't know where that comes from, but I'll take it.
I don't know. I'll take it. It's fine. We're celebrating. Thank you all for coming. First time, coming again, practitioners, those who are just curious about this work, those who may be accidentally, maybe even pressed on the slides, always for purpose. And it's always beautiful just to connect with that embodiment and those intentions and worthiness is something you already are. As Adam reminded us, you just have to remember and connect and the breath can be that tool. And if this called you in, if this practice, maybe even guiding something like this, called you in, we actually do have our next online practitioner training open for registration. So if you comment Mentor M E n T r O on this recording, you can get that information and learn more. But thank you all for coming and thank you Adam, as always, for how you embody this work.
It's an honor.
Sending you all love as always, and worthiness. And we will both see you hopefully next week in the next call. Sending you love as always. And there's the hearts.
