Find a comfortable seated position. You can either do this seated in your chair, on your knees, or you can find a meditative position. The first half is going to be deep breaths in and out of the mouth. Now you want to pull the breath as deep down into your belly as you can, into your sides, into your lower back. And imagine yourself expanding in 360 degrees. This first half is designed to be a little bit intense. It's not about how fast you breathe, but it's about how deep you can pull the breath. The second half is going to be a little bit slower, and it's designed to calm and regulate our nervous system. We're going to switch to in and out through the nose. We're going to elongate our exhale. So go ahead and just start to do tune into your breath just how it is right now without needing to change it at all. Sitting up nice and tall. For this first round, we're going to be doing deep breaths in and out of the mouth. Ready? Let's begin. All right, we're gonna do a breath hold. Deep breath in. Hold it at the top. Tune in to what you want to embody for your day. Whenever you're ready, you can let it go. We're going to recommit to the breath. We're going to switch to in and out through the nose. We're going to elongate our exhale. Ready? Begin. Sam. All right, we're gonna do another breath. Hold deep breath in. Let this one all go. Hold it out. Come empty. Whenever you need to take that first breath in, breathe in. A feeling of internal alignment. You are exactly where you need to be if you want to experience the power of somatic breath work. We would love to see you at one of our community sessions. You can click the link below to figure out when our next session is. And we. And we'd love to see you there.
