Conversation and just to be waiting for the next opportunity in the conversation to share what I want to share, but instead really being present with, how can I hear everything that's being said, everything that's being not said, everything that's coming across in the subtleties of somebody's body language, of somebody's eyes, of the way that somebody. Somebody is breathing, all of these various different things. The more and more present we can become, the more and more we start to recognize all of the subtle information that's being portrayed, not being portrayed through a cognitive language, that's being portrayed through semantics.
100% listening to understand. You know, like Stephen says, when you can fully stand under something and like lift it up. Simple, but so profound, you're actually trying to understand the other person. Because if you're still just in your own thoughts, you're just more trying to understand yourself, which is important, but you're forgetting the whole other human that you're with and how much had to happen for them to be with you in that moment. How many things had to come together for that allowance. So it's beautiful. Yeah.
Well, I did see one. One question that came through that somebody was asking, how long is this practice going to be? And the breath practice itself is roughly going to be about 10 minutes. We'll probably try and finish this call before, about 20 after. So we'll have about 15 more minutes. So if you have that time to stick with us, we. We'd love for you to stay here.
Yeah. Just scroll through, check in for any questions. Yeah. Just to a check in that you can do each day, just to reconnect with yourself, to then reconnect to those around you. And yeah, so it's such an honor to be here, to be here with you in the space and yeah. So thankful for all who are tuning in that can stick around and receive for themselves because that's so important and easy to forget to do.
Absolutely. And Morgan, I would love to offer everyone that's here on this live, before we get started. Started, why don't you put into the little comment section here on a scale of 1 to 10, one feeling just not the greatest, really down in the dumps today, 10 feeling awesome and amazing. And just put that in there so that we can tune into where it is that you are feeling right now. And then we will come back to the scale after we do the practice because this is a really great way for you to recognize how quickly we can change our state of being just by connecting with the breath. So if you feel like sharing. Just share. On that scale of one to ten, we've got a six that just came through. Got a one. Okay, Six. Four. Three. Four. Six. All right, one. So I want to offer each and every one of you in this practice to really tune into your body and tune into your breath and just give yourself that presence today. Give yourself this short period of time this morning to really connect with yourself, to come back to who you are and how you want to feel. Morgan, I'll leave it up to you to begin this beautiful practice. Yeah.
So everyone here, just go ahead now and just close your eyes and come into the space and make sure you're connecting inward. No distractions, seated comfortably, and just begin to tune into your breath without judging it or trying to change it, but just acknowledging how it wants to feel and show up and tuning into that breath. We're going to go for a clearing round of 30 breaths. I'll be guiding you the whole time, and you have full control over your breath. So let's begin. Deep breaths in and out through the mouth. Find your rhythm. Where haven't you felt present in your life? Breathe it out. Where have you felt disconnected from those in your life? See it clearly. Breathe that out. Breathe out those blocks. Breathe out that lack of presence. Four more breaths. Breathe out that tension. Two more. One more deep. Inhale in and just hold it at the top. Where have you felt disconnected.
From?
You see it clearly. Whenever you're ready, you can just let that breath hold go.
And whenever you're ready to come back to the breath, switch to breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. And breathing that presence into your body. How does it feel to be present with yourself? Breathe that feeling into your heart. To live from the heart is to be present. How much more present can you become with your heart? Slowing it down, Feeling that presence work, really elongating your exhale and slowing it down. Feeling yourself more and more present. Present with your body. Present with your breath. Taking five more slow, deep breaths in. Two more deep breaths in. Now taking in your deepest breath of the practice and letting it go. Becoming completely empty and holding it there and staying in that hold as long as you're comfortable. Whenever you need to take that next breath in, breathe in the feeling of gratitude. Breathe gratitude into your heart, into this presentation at the heart. How much can you relax into that gratitude? How much can you relax into your presence now? Allowing your body to become still and allowing your body to breathe however it wants to breathe. And beginning to take that presence and awareness. It's the energy running up and down your spine, right? Rising with the inhale and following with the exhale. With your next breath, follow that presence, energy and awareness down your spine, the tip of your tailbone, sending it down onto the earth, all the way to the core and taking a couple deep breaths to ground yourself into the energy of the earth. With your next breath, pulling your presence and energy back up from the core of the earth, back up through your tailbone, and sending it up your spine at the top of your head, and sending it up into the sky, up into the heaven, and connect with something greater than yourself, whatever you might call this God, source, spirit, universe. Take three deep breaths, become present with this connection and with your next breath, bringing that deepened connection to something greater than yourself down into your body, down through your crown, down your spine and into your heart. Combining the energy of the earth with the energy of the heavens into your heart, making you the center point between heaven and earth. This is your anchor point. From this place, you can go about into the rest of the world to connect with others and to connect with yourself and use this alignment within yourself to stay present and to stay open. Taking another deep breath in, anchoring yourself back into your body. Taking another deep breath in, anchoring yourself back here. And now taking one last deep breath in, becoming fully present in this moment. Gently opening your eyes whenever you are ready. Joining us back into this space and tuning back into that scale of 1 to 10 and putting it into the comments. Where are you now? What is your number?
Definitely a 10 here.
Solid eight. That's beautiful. Eight. I would say I'm a solid nine because there's always room for improvement. Six. Beautiful. Thank you all for sharing.
One step deeper is powerful.
Yes. Mm. Yeah. I love this scale because it really helps to show how far we can come in just a matter of minutes by just becoming present with ourselves, present with our body, and present with our breath. I saw somebody just ask, they're feeling maybe a little bit dizzy and is that normal? Yes. That is a very common result, especially from that clearing phase when we're really up leveling our system, getting it very charged, and maybe breathing in a way that you're not normal breathing. So if you are feeling that, just continue with that slow breath of slowly breathing in through the nose and slowly out through the mouth, continuing to bring yourself back and back to that regulation back and back into home.
Giving yourself that space.
Just beautiful.
So beautiful.
Thank you for your presence, Morgan.
Of course, it's an honor to be here to guide with you. Definitely full circle as much as you've mentored me in this journey. So super honored to be here. An honor to be here with everyone's showing up for themselves.
Yeah. Thank you so much, everyone.
Awesome. Thanks, everyone for coming. And we'll save this recording to somatic release. So if you tuned in, maybe in the middle or maybe want to receive again, feel free. We'll save that for you to receive whenever you need it. First time. I'm so thankful you were here. So honored to have you.
Awesome.
Well, thank you, Adam. And have a lovely rest of your day. Just connecting to that presence and I'll see you in our next live together.
Sounds great. Morgan.
