Daily Breathwork Meditation | Great for Starting Your Day

A ~10-minute guided daily breathwork meditation led by a single speaker. The practice opens with grounding and body-awareness, moves through active mouth breathing with audible exhales and breath holds, transitions to in-nose/out-mouth breathing with long exhales, and closes with stillness, a one-word intention, gratitude, and a gentle return to eyes-open. Designed to reconnect, reduce stress, and set an intention for the day.

Just ground ourselves into this moment by taking a deep inhale, letting it go, Another inhale, letting this one go. And on this next inhale, close your eyes. Keeping them closed. Let it go. Just really start to tap into how you're feeling in this moment. Might be on your lunch break, it might be the evening for you, it might be first thing in the morning. So really tap in with how you are feeling. Noticing any sensations in your body, noticing your heart rate and just connecting to this moment. Sometimes we don't need a full 60 minute breath work session every day. All we need is a short sweet 10, 11 minutes to connect with ourselves. Quiet our busy minds. Just come back to center. This short daily practice can be used in the morning, in the evening, whenever you feel like you may need to reconnect back to yourself and back to your space spirit. So keep this tool in your toolbox. Always here for you. Keeping our eyes closed, we are going to dive into this daily practice. It'll be about 10 minutes of active breathing. Going to start in and out through our mouths. We'll go into a breath hold and then we'll switch to in through the nose, out through the mouth. I will guide you every step of the way. Keeping our eyes closed. One more deep inhale. Sigh it out. Let's get into it. Start by breathing in and out through our mouths, deep into the belly. Maybe starting a little bit slower, just finding a pace you can stick with. We're going for depth here. Draw that breath all the way down into your belly. Feeling your abdomen expand fully. When you found a rhythm that you can stick with, maybe we take it up a notch, we pick up the pace just a little bit. Maybe we try using our sound with an audible exhale. Sound helps really move the energy. How much permission can you give yourself in this short daily practice? What is it that you want to clear out all about? Creating space. Creating space in the body and in the mind. Your body to move if that feels good. You rolling out the shoulders, moving your hips. How is your body communicating with you? Deep breaths all the way to the belly. In and out through the mouth, allowing yourself to go there. Putting down anything you can carry with you. Anything that feels heavy on your heart. Opportunity to let it go. That's it. Shaking out your body, shaking out your wrist, Moving the energy. Using your voice to express. Ah, that's it. Yell it out if you need to clear it out. How deep can you allow yourself to go? Feeling the music, dancing it out if that feels good. Minutes here, clearing up the stress, clearing up the pressure. Find your heart. At our first breath hold. Take a deep inhale together. Audible exhale. Another deep inhale. Audible exhale. One more inhale. Holding this at the top for as long as you can. Connecting with how you want to show up today, how you want to show up in this training. See it clearly, feel it clearly. Perhaps you're already feeling a shift happening inside your being. What is your spirit saying to you? Ready to return to the breath. Let it all go. Switching to into the nose, out through the mouth, in through the nose. Long exhales through the mouth. Listen how you feel now. Now that you've created this space in your body, want to call into your life that you're ready to become yourself. Feel good. Putting a smile on your face, Creating that safety in your body. Okay. Always be so hard on ourselves. How good can you let yourself feel? Breathing deeply. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Taking your power back for another minute or so. Deep inhales through the nose, out through the mouth. Your body, your spirit. Every breath. You feel it in every one of your sounds. Let yourself wrap up in our eyes closed. Let's take another inhale. Sigh it out. Another inhale inside this one out. Deepest inhale of the day. And letting this one go. Holding it at the bottom. Becoming empty, becoming still. Noticing the shift that has occurred. Shift that has occurred in your body, in your heart and in your mind. Noticing all the life force you just filled yourself up with and connecting deeply with how you want to show up today. Maybe feeling into a one word intention that will set the tone for the rest of the of the day. For the rest of your week. Returning to the breath ever feels good to you. Allowing yourself to come back into this moment. On your next inhale. Breathing in the feeling of gratitude. Gratitude for yourself and how far you have come. Gratitude for every moment that has led you here. Sa la. One more inhale together. Whenever you're ready, you can gently flicker open your eyes. Back here in a seated position. Welcome back. Welcome back. There's nothing better than a short practice to get us reconnected.
