If you are new here, or if you've joined in dozens of times, or if you're even just here to observe, it's such an honor to have you. My name is Morgan and I actually did this guided practice for over 100 days in a row. And when I tell you this can transform your day and your life if you allow it to, it's true. This practice is something that helped me tremendously with anxiety and overwhelm and even just disconnect internally. This disconnection from myself that maybe some of you have even felt, or maybe you're feeling it right now and that's why you joined in. The breath is a superpower, and I'm so thankful that you're hopping on. It's for a reason, it's for a purpose. I'll be guiding you in this shorter daily practice, and you're going to go through two rounds of breath. And the first round is more clearing breath that's meant to get you back in your body, really to clear out what's stuck. So it's going to be like this. Deep diaphragm breaths, just like that. And I'm guiding you with my breath and my words, the music, the entire time. I will take you into a single breath hold before we go into our more softer, gentle breathing. And that is your space to digest and connect and really honor what's coming up for you. So, so thankful you are here. Let's go ahead and begin. Find yourself in a comfortable position. Maybe hands on your knees, maybe sitting up like I am, maybe even lying down with eyes closed. You will have your eyes closed the entire time. It is an inward journey, inward connection. So go ahead now and just close your ey and just come into the space and into your breath without judging it or changing how it wants to show up. I'm just tuning in to your breath and feeling it rising up through your spine, all the way up into your shoulders and neck and up into your head and all the way out the tip and the crown of your head up into the sky. Connecting with something greater than yourself and tuning into that connection. Tuning into one thing that you would like to receive by the end of this practice to take with you throughout your day. And tuning into that intention. Let's begin those clearing breaths. Deep inhales and exhales. Find your rhythm and stick with it. Where are you carrying that stress? Breathe it out. Where are you feeling so disconnected? Disconnected from yourself? See it clearly. Let it go. Breathe it out. Breathe out that tension and that weight of other you don't have to carry that. Five more breaths. Good, you're almost there. Two more breaths. One more. Deep inhale in and just hold that at the top for a moment. See what you're grateful for. What's been blocking that gratitude. See it clearly. Whenever you're ready. Can let that breath hold go. Begin to take Deep inhales through the nose. Long exhales out. Breathe life back into your body. Breathe in that strength and power, that strength that left you during times of stress. Breathe it in. Breathe in that love, that love for yourself, that love for the opportunities and blessings you've been given. Breathe in that empowerment for all that you are. Let that move through you and feel that life and every cell of your being. Three more breaths. One more. Just let it all go and just hold that out for a moment and feel that calm and that connection that you can control and see it clearly. Whenever you're ready. Just let that breath hold go and begin to slow the breath down. Begin to breathe in that intention that you set. Bring awareness back into the space. Breathing in that energy beneath you from the ground all the way up into the base of your spine. Rising up through your spine into your shoulders and neck. All the way up the crown of your head up into the sky. Connecting back to something greater than yourself. Deep inhale in here. Grounding that connection further. Another inhale in letting it all go. Just bringing awareness. Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes and coming back into the space, back into your body. Just noticing any changes you feel since before the practice. Whenever you're ready, just gently open your eyes. Slowly coming back into the space. Maybe honoring on a scale from 1 to 10, 10. Feeling just more grounded and connected. Just acknowledging how you feel in this moment. The breath is your superpower. You can always come back to it. No matter where you are in your day. You can come back to this practice and just tune into yourself and use the breath to receive and release. Was such an honor to have each of you tuning in no matter if you were joining, observing, joining for the first time. So thankful to have you.
