Welcome to the somatic awareness practice. This guided inward journey is designed to help you reconnect to the innate intelligence of your being. To align yourself. To align your mind, your emotions, your body for the ultimate clarity both internally and externally. So go ahead and find a comfortable position, can be seated or laying down. And we will begin this practice with three deep breaths. Deep breath in through the nose. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Let it out. Last one. Deep breath in and let it out. This guided inward journey is best done if you are completely objective. Just notice. Let's first begin by tapping into our physical body. Tapping in to the sensations in our body. What do you notice? Maybe there's a tingling in the stomach, Maybe a heaviness in the chest. Maybe attention in the neck. What do you notice in your body? See if you can hear the language of your body. What is it telling you? And from that place, let's move up into our emotions. Are there any emotions present for you? Any energy emotion that is currently moving through you? Maybe there's fear, maybe there's power. See if you can go a layer deeper. What emotions are present for you right now? What are you feeling? And from that place, let's move up into the mind. What stories are currently playing in your mind? The stories you tell about yourself or the stories you tell about the world? What are you imagining from that place? Can you see how your physical sensations, your emotions, your mental stories, how they are all affecting each other? And from this awareness, from this objective awareness without having to change it. Honoring where you are at right now based on what is present with you. What are you wanting? One thing. What is your being wanting? I encourage you to say this in your head or out loud. Express it into the world. And from this place of deep self awareness and expression, know that your state will change and that you can always tune tune back in to the intelligence of your being. Sa.
