You can begin now to bring awareness into your body, into your breath. How does it want to feel naturally? Maybe it's heavy, maybe it's soft. Continue to just be aware of however it is your body wants to breathe without any pressure or expectations. How does your breath feel when you're truly aligned? Feel that alignment as if it's already happened. I want to invite you during this daily breath work session to breathe in to any areas in your body where you feel stuck or disconnected or just not your fully aligned self. And use the breath to clear it out. Because when you are connected with your truest self, that alignment, it is your natural state. Let's begin now with some deep clearing breaths. In and out through the mouth. Let's go. Deep breaths all the way down in your belly. What's in your way? What stories have you been telling yourself that are just not you? Clear it out. Breathe out the chaos and the pressure. Breathe out where you felt stagnant. Breathe out that misalignment in your body. What haven't you been letting yourself feel? Feel it now five more breaths. Two, four, five. One more. Deep inhale in and just hold it at the top for a moment. See the stress. See the weight you've been carrying that was never yours to carry. And whenever you're ready, just let that breath go. We're going to begin now with some cleansing breaths. So deep inhale through the nose and let it all go through the mouth. Sam, three more breaths. One more. And just hold this breath out for a moment. Notice the change in your somatic being. How do you feel you can do this daily practice to align you with no matter where you are. Maybe it's in your car. Maybe it's in line at a grocery store. Maybe it's in the middle of a coffee shop. But as you can see, with just the breath in simple music, you can drastically change the state of your being in a matter of minutes.
