Welcome to today's daily practice of cultivating your intention and your attention, two of the most powerful things that you have control over. This practice is going to consist of two rounds. The first round, deep breaths in, in and out of the mouth, pulling the breath all the way down into your belly, into your sides, into your low back. Using that breath to charge up your system to create that somatic intention of how you want to orient yourself as you move throughout the world. What do you want others to feel from you? And for the second round, we're going to slow it down. We're going to go in and out of the nose using elongated exhales, starting to calm our nervous system and focus our attention. Energy flows where attention goes in a world where our attention is constantly being fought over is one of the most powerful things that we have control over. Your intention is your anchor point. Use the breath to charge yourself up. Cultivate the elevated emotions and the felt sensations inside of your body, and then vocalize that energy. Put it into your attention. Where do you want to put this energy? You get to decide. Ready? Let's dive in, Saul. Deep breath in. All of your air. Hold it at the top. Whenever you're ready, you can let it go. Recommit to the breath. In and out through the nose. Elongate your exhale, Focus your attention.
