I got hurt, and I didn't know how to get my life back. When I started getting to personal development in my life and in psychology, in my life, it did not start from a passionate drive to understand the topic. It started because I was suicidal. The first woman I ever loved, she broke up with me. I was left at the age of about 19 to realize that your heart can be completely shattered and you don't know how to pick yourself up from it. And your whole identity was tied up into one thing. A relationship, an old career. Something has happened in your life and you can't lift yourself out of that moment or at that identity because you didn't know how to get back into progress mode after hurt. And that's how my journey began.
