A short YouTube video (🧬🤯Our NEXT EVOLUTION #Shorts by Daniel Borschel, Dec 1, 2022) in which Speaker A reflects on human emotional perception — claiming humans can recognize the meaning of a falling tear, framing emotions as sacred, and arguing that understanding emotion represents a next step in human evolution toward a more reverent, connected state.
Because our perception is our reality. So indirectly, you can alter someone's life by just that kind of shift. And I heard this recently. We were one of the only mammals that can actually watch a tear fall from an eye and have an understanding of what that means. And the sacredness of that tear, sacredness of that emotion, and the recognizing of that other person across from us is something that no other species on this planet can do. And when you start to have that kind of reverence for how unique we are and then start to understanding that feeling emotion is even a further evolution to us as humans, you can start to realize there's this beautiful place that we can get to beyond where we are right now.
