So this daily practice is very similar to a full somatic journey in that you will have clearing breath in the beginning and then more re patterning breath at the end. So this type of breathing, this daily practice you can do no matter what time of day it is, no matter where you are. This is your superpower. This is your centering and your ability to regulate yourself and create that calm and truly trust what your body is ready, ready to release and then ready to bring back in. So in just about five to ten minutes you can really create that centerpiece and you can create that regulation that maybe you've lost throughout the day. With so many things pulling our attention and so many stressors and anxieties that can come our way, we can always come back to this breath. So we're going to begin now by just closing our eyes and just become aware of your breath with no pressure or expectations on it. Notice how it wants to show up in this very moment. Maybe it's shallow, maybe it's deep and heavy, maybe it's scattered. Just feel however it is. It wants to show up in this moment. Feel your breath rising up and down your spine and moving out into every area of your being. This breath is your superpower. We're going to begin now with clearing breaths. So let's begin. Deep inhales and exhales through the mouth. Good, Keep going. Breathe out that weight that you've been carrying. Where have you held on so tightly? What pressure have you been carrying? Breathe it out. Where have you not forgiven yourself? What have you been carrying that was other and never yours to carry? Breathe it out now. Clear it out that overwhelm and those fears and the heaviness in your body. Move it out. Three more breaths. Let's go. One more and one more. Deep breath in and hold it at the top. See the stress and the armor you've been carrying that you're ready to let go of Whenever you're ready. Let that breath hold go. We're going to begin to take deep inhales through the nose now long exhales through the mouth. Breathe in that gratitude for the gifts that you have. Breathe in gratitude for your journey, both the good and the bad, the easy and the more difficult. Breathe in that forgiveness, that forgiveness for not always showing up for yourself and for your purpose. Breathe in that calm. Breathe in that self awareness. Breathe in your power and your strength. Three more breaths and let this last breath go and just hold it out for a moment. Notice any change and your somatic being. What sensations do you feel in your body what emotions are connected with those sensations. And as you let that breath hold, go notice any stories that were tied to the emotions you felt and the emotions that you feel now. That is your somatic awareness. And notice in just five to 10 minutes that you can drastically change the state of your being. You can do this in your car, or in line at the store, or even in the middle of a crowded room. The breath is a tool available to us at any moment. You just have to remember and then remember who we are sending you love and peace. And remember to be calm and gracious with yourself for the rest of this day and moving forward, it.
