A short monologue urging viewers to replace social-media scrolling with deliberate visualization of a positive future. The speaker argues that algorithmic social platforms program attention toward divisive or trivial content, which undermines generosity and constructive personal growth; instead, spending time imagining vivid future scenes can 'program' the brain toward achievement and wellbeing.

If you spent literally one eighth of the time visualizing a compelling future for yourself versus scrolling, your life would be entirely different. Internally, the scrolling and the consumption is the modern evil. It is something that has turned extremely powerful, capable people who have a lot of light into people who are judgmental, contemptuous, divided, angry. And I promise you, if you sit and you think about your future and you visualize scenes that are stirring with excitement, achievement, giving, generosity, love, if you'll sit and you'll visualize that and condition your brain, you'll see that you can program your future and you can program your brain, because you are being programmed. And unfortunately, social media is programmed algorithmically to show you things that are basically tripe or divisive, because it gets your attention. Your attention needs to be back on your future, not the thing that gets to follow.
