Your EGO Isn't ALWAYS the ISSUE | Somatic Exercises

Daniel Borschel teaches somatic practices to release emotions stored in your body that block authentic expression. He covers breathwork techniques, how repressed feelings shape your decisions, and why vulnerability matters for creative work.

Thank you for just the support in our mission and where I was at. If you weren't tuning in a minute ago, I was talking about a conversation that I had with a practitioner this morning and them talking about, like, how do you paint the picture of how important emotional healing is for people? And I remember hearing, I can't remember who I heard one of my mentors talk about, but your life is controlled by the invisible. Your life is controlled by electricity. Like, if you didn't have electricity, you wouldn't be living in your house right now. Your life is controlled by the sun's radiation. Your life is controlled by music. You can't necessarily see the sound, but it changes your emotional state. Life is controlled by the invisible, and your life's controlled by emotions. Emotions are the most powerful thing that we can experience as a human. And if we are not in touch with them, well, they will run our lives and we will, you know, kind of like Carl Jung's quote, until you make the unconscious emotions added that in there conscious, then it will control your life and you will call it fate. A lot of people wake up every day and they're like, why am I experiencing the same reality that I'm experiencing? And because you are probably making decisions from unconscious emotions. And so part of that, one of the exercises that we do is the somatic awareness exercises. Can you actually tune into how you are feeling and can you actually tell other people how you are feeling? And can you actually listen to other people and how they're feeling as well? That is an essential skill that we're not taught, but it is so, so important. Now I was getting into expression specifically, like, why, why do you, I get so many people. Why are people crying and yelling and screaming and ah, all over our page. And you know, it starts with expressing a lot of the stuff that you've suppressed and repressed and those are the things that are blocking your true expression to come through. How many of you are artists? Let me know in the chat if you consider yourself an artist. Doesn't matter what type of artist you are. Let me know if you're an artist. I had a big block to calling myself an artist for a very long time. You know, I was in the healing arts, right? But all of us are artists because all of us are expressing angel faith. It feels good to write that, like to claim that you are an artist because we are all artists. And a lot of the times our expression is controlled by the repressed emotions. Emotions are energy in motion and they have to go somewhere. They're gonna go somewhere. I use the example of passive aggressiveness to showcase an example of an emotion that's stuck in your body, such as anger or frustration that has to go somewhere and it will leak onto all of the people in very sneaky ways. Like emotions want to move through you. They are the driving force of life and they are the connective tissue of life. They're the push pull between you and another person. They're the push pull. They're, you know, they push people away from you and then they also bring people closer. They are the things that create, create relationships. They're the things that create babies. They're the things that create war. Those, they're the things that create community. Emotions are, are part of our mammalian brain and we are mammals. Emotions are the patterns that you've inherited for social survival, like your instincts, meaning your fight or flight. Those are the patterns that have been passed down through thousands of years that have been embedded in your nervous system that are for your personal survival. Like if you put your hand on a stove, you're gonna have an instinctual response and you are going to save yourself. Well, emotions are that for social survival. They bring us together whenever something bad, like whenever something tough happens, like a death in the family, like a lot of the times that brings people so much closer together because everyone's feeling, everyone's feeling together and there's something that causes, there's something that causes us all to, to feel emotion over and it brings us closer together. And so whether or not you, you, you think that like emotional healing and emotional wellness or emotional fitness is important. It is because it's controlling your life and your decision making whether you're aware of it or not. You know, they understand this in marketing. That, and I said this earlier, is that like most people are emotional decision makers or emotional buyers. And so whether you're aware of it or not, you're probably making purchases based on how you feel in the moment. So how that ties into expression, a lot of the times we are blocked because there's some sort of emotion that we've pressed down and we've repressed and we've suppressed and hasn't found a way to move through us meaning expression and therefore it's blocking all of our other expression. At first, you know, when I work with people, at first it becomes finding ways to express a lot of the, a lot of the repressed, like push down stuff that we're afraid of. Anger, sadness, grief, fear that's stored in the body. But as I continue to work with People and they start to open up, and they start to use their voice. They start to open up the tear ducts in their eyes to allow the. The pressure valve of water to cleanse. It's holy water to cleanse your vision as people start to open up and tap into the full range of their experience. Because life is a wave, and we have to fluctuate and flow between states. And the more emotional range and more emotional capacity you have, the greater you can actually find a way to express that into your own art form. And like I asked a minute ago, is anybody artists here? We're all artists, and we're all create. We're all creators, right? You are creating everything that takes a certain amount of responsibility. One of my mentors once said, spirituality is responsibility because. And I know that sounds like such an adulting term, but the more ability that you have, have to respond to create means that you are. You actually are in control of your reality. And therefore, that is the most spiritual thing you can do, is take responsibility for your life and know that you're actually creating reality in front of you. And that speaks to Carl Jung's quote, until you make the conscious unconscious, it will control your life and you call it fate. Until you make it conscious. Until you make it conscious, not just in your mind, but in your body, body as well. Until you open up the flow of expression, you will have a really hard time tapping into your unique expression. Your artist, you have a really hard time connecting to yourself and the direction and purpose that you want to go in life. A big shift for me in. In finding my purpose and finding my direction was like stopping myself from having to visualize everything and see it, like, perfectly clear in my life. But how do I want to feel? How do I want to feel when I'm living my purpose? How do you want to feel in a relationship? How do you want to feel when you are operating in your daily life? Like, overall, in general, that becomes so much more of a compass for you, because life is going to change and flow and, like, the outside world is going to look completely different than anything that you expected. And so if you have this snapshot of a picture in your mind of what you think life's going to look like, it's going to be completely different. But if you know how you want to feel, that becomes much more of a compass for you to take the direction that you want to go. I want to feel this way. Okay. I step into that. That I want to feel a little bit more like that. Okay, let's Go in that direction. Okay, I don't want to feel like that. This does not feel right. Okay, I'm going to go this direction then. Your ability to be in touch with your emotions is one of the strongest things that you could possibly do because it is the driving force behind almost everything. It's a driving force behind your mindset as well. We're not taught this, but we are body centered beings first. We're animals. We developed instinctual responses, reptilian responses to keep ourselves safe. We developed mammalian responses, emotional responses to bring each other together or push each other away. Now we're moving, you know, in recent, recent history, which thousands and thousands of years, we're developing this neocortex, which is our mind, which is, you know, our ability to tell stories. A lot of those stories are based off of what happened on an emotional and a physical level. But I get this question a lot around expression. And a lot of people have some issues around their ego or they think the ego is the issue. And it can be, it can be right? Anybody has like a. But. But I think we need to define what ego is. Ego is my own Persona, my own, my own individuality. And that word Persona, if you break down the etymology of that, is per, meaning by sona, meaning sonic, sound by sound. It's your own song that you're singing into the world. And is your ego driven by your unconscious emotions? Is it driven by your unconscious traumas or stressors that are stored in your body? Is your ego driven by a state of scarcity, by a state of fight or flight? And so when you start to allow yourself to express, and if you want more information on this, you should read Waking the Tiger by Peter Levine or perhaps any of Peter Levine's books. You know that the expression, the shaking, the crying, the yelling, the screaming, the laughing, whatever expression is, they're all movements of energy and none of them are bad or good. They're all designed to move and discharge to X the pressure out of your system. So you're telling your system that you're not in the presence of a stressor anymore. If so I went through something stressful and I just. And I held my breath. A lot of people are stuck in this inhalation and they actually are never able to like, like, I'm okay, I'm safe here. I'm like, I'm allowed to be here. If you actually never let yourself express, then your body still thinks that you're in the presence of a stressor. And so crying, yelling, screaming, whatever it is, it actually Is the signal to your system that you're not in the presence of a stressor anymore. If you watch a child, if they go into a temper tantrum, they're so smart. There's so much more connected to their innate intelligence. Children. You know, one of my other favorite quotes is in the Bible, if you, unless you become as a child, you may not enter the kingdom of heaven. What is, what are they meaning by that? Unless you become as a child? Meaning that a child doesn't have all of these societal impressions and all of these things that are pressed upon them. They're so much more connected to the innate intelligence of their body that they know that if they go through something stressful that they need to move it out of them so they don't bottle it and so it doesn't block their unique expression. I think about like, you know, let's take for example this, this instrument here. One of the things I've learned through this is that like I went through a process of self doubt and self worth issues. Has anybody else gone through like self worth issues? That's a big one. Especially like I'm not a singer, but I've been trying to unlock my vocal like my throat chakra, my ability to express myself verbally. And singing in front of people is one of the most terrifying things. And the thing that blocks you from being able to sing is your own self doubt, self worth stuff. But what does that come from? That comes from probably someone told you to shut up or your voice doesn't sound good at some point in your life. And so but that's the thing that's blocking you from your ability to express. And so when I started to like just open up my expression and move through those self worth, self doubt like it wasn't that I needed to move through the self worth and self doubt, it's that I needed to actually open up my expression. Then the self doubt and the self worth started to come, like started to start to go away. The same thing. How many of you are afraid to like speak on social media or like post stuff or to speak your truth or to like just post videos of you talking. That was one of the biggest healing journeys of my life was being able to show up here and do a live video like this. Like I was terrified. It is not easy because you are going to be the one that's judging your expression more than anyone and going through that process of like filming yourself and looking at yourself and watching yourself express and realizing that you're the one that's putting Most of the pressure and blocking your expression more than anything, it takes time to go through that. It takes a lot of time, and it takes practice and repetition. But eventually you get to the point where you're like. For me, I. I remember in the beginning of this journey, I. I had to hire a social media woman to, like. Like, I would just record a video. I wouldn't even watch it. I would send it to her, and I would have her post it. Because if I look at it, I'm like, no way. No way. We're not putting that out there. Like, I didn't like the thing I said here. I didn't like what I. What I expressed here. But then I started just. We started posting it, and I realized that it resonated with a lot of people. And I'm like, well, that means that I'm wrong. That means that my internal. My internal, like, inner critic is the thing that's blocking my expression more than anything. And if I don't work through that, well, I'm not gonna actually find my. Like, I'm not gonna actually be able to allow this inner artist to come through. And so at first, it starts with healing a lot of the repressed emotions, the. The stored past that's within you, past all the things that you've gone through. What I teach in the training is that your past is not what happened yesterday or the day before or years ago. Your past is what stayed with you from the past. The past is not yesterday, years ago. It's what stayed in your body from what happened. And so you went through trauma as a child, where we all went through probably trauma in our school systems of people telling you to sit down and shut up and sit in a chair and don't only talk when you're supposed to. All of these things that puts out your expression right? And so we're all moving through that because we live in this body that's an expression vessel. You look at these trees that are in the window behind me. All of life has its own unique expression. There are no two same trees. There are no two same snowflakes. There are no two same humans. We have our unique expression. And I believe, and I know in my core that all of life is searching for its own unique expression. We all want to feel like we have our own channel of expression, art form, mean music, song, dance, education, whatever it is that's. That's providing some sort of nourishment for. For the tribe. We all want to feel like we're bringing something to the table for the tribe, right? And like I said earlier, I work with people for a while, and a lot of it's going into the depths of. Of their shadow, meaning unconscious, repressed emotions and unconscious parts of their body that they've been disconnected from or numb or don't have sensory awareness to, meaning they're not occupying that part of their body. And then after we start to, like, move a lot of that and shake that up, well, then it's like, okay, how do I turn this stress into an art form? Stress is guaranteed, my friends. We live in a stressful world. It is stressful out there. There's a lot of things going on. We got to take care of. We got to take care of our. Ourselves. We got to take care of our family. We gotta. We gotta pay bills. We gotta become somebody in this world. Like, there's so many different things. I mean, and depending on where you live, like, you're dealing with safety, you know, stressors as well. Like, there's so much going on, and humans are so resilient. When we find a way to channel that stress into a form of expression that brings us back to life, that restores aliveness. If there's anything that I do as a practitioner, if I could quantify it in anything, it's restoring aliveness. Peter Levine has a quote. Although trauma rarely. Rarely kills somebody, if you do not find a way to work with it, it will severely diminish your. Your life. And some people call this a living death. It's the death with your eyes open disease. It's the I'm living in a, you know, in a world in a 9 to 5 job. That's soul sucking, or I'm staying in a relationship that's soul sucking. That's not in alignment for me. That doesn't allow me to become the person that I want to become. And it starts to slowly eat at our aliveness. I just spent some. Some time in Mexico and Central and South America, and I'm like, what. What's up with these people? Why do I love it here so much? I was hanging out with some Brazilians. I got any Brazilians on here? Anybody from South America? I. I just want to give it up to y' all specifically because there's a certain aliveness that comes through them when they're talking. They're like, oh, yeah, brother. Like the. Just the level of stoke that's coming through them. I'm like, damn, this person is alive. Like, they're expressive. They're not just communicating, like, with words, but they're communicating with their whole body and movement. And like, like that's how I want to live. Right? That's how I want to live. And that's where we have to work through, through a lot of the pressures that have been put upon us, specifically in the West. All the pressures, the like. I'd say the two biggest ones that I, that I work with, that I see common in most people is religious pressure and also parental pressure. Like this is what you need to believe, this is what you need to go to school for. This is, is who you need to be when you grow up. And people spend 30 years of their life like studying the religion that their parents told them to, becoming a lawyer, a doctor, and then they wake up at 40 years old and they're like, wow, this isn't the life that I, this is not what my soul is asking me to do. And that can be a really rude awakening. Man, I'm on a tangent right now. Let me know if you're flowing with me here. I feel alive today. Maybe it's because I'm outside. I've been doing these, I've been doing these lives inside. And it feels really good to do this. Let's take some questions. Let's see here. I asked a question about that I have to work my full time job while I attend the training and build a business. But I'm having such a hard time going between work and stress to getting into my body. I, I feel, I feel that totally there's a multitude of different things there that I could go into. And I probably would want to ask you more questions, but you're working a full time job, you're trying to build a business on the side, I'm assuming. And then you're also having a hard time between that stress of that and getting into your body. Well, you're not what you do sometimes. You are what you repeatedly do. A lot of the times people ask me what's the best breathwork technique that I can do during the day? What's the best technique that I can get into my body? Like what's something that I can do for 10 minutes a day? And it's not about, it's not about one 10 minute thing that you do. It's about can you become aware of yourself while you are doing it? Meaning that it's not about doing the daily breathwork practice that I teach. It's about can you become aware of your breath when you're at work? Can you become aware of your emotional state when you're at work? Can you Become aware. Oh wow. I'm holding my breath right now because when one 15 minute session is not going to change your life because you are what you repeatedly do and awareness is a. I say ignorance is bliss. Right? And I'd say that the more you start to build awareness around your day to day life, like while you're at work, probably you might start to experience some anxiety, you might start to experience me, maybe a little depression. And those are intelligent responses that are. It's a bubbling up of something that's probably going to tell you that you need to make a change. And I get that people have to pay bills and have to take care of their family, but it's probably going to push you to take a leap that's more in alignment for you. Every time that I've been in a situation where I'm alone over stressed, I'm worried. Like I've worked multiple full time jobs. I was a human resources executive and a microchip company working 60 hours a week and also trying to like take care of myself outside of that. And I, I was just completely burnt out and I thought that I had to stay in this situation. But as soon as I took a leap, and it was the scariest thing, I took a leap. I literally sold everything, had hardly any money. I started going to school for Somatics and I took out a loan to do it. I had probably $1,000 to my name. I was sleeping out of my car. But I knew inside, like I listened to the voice. It's like I'd rather do this than pay my bills and all the things. Most of us live beyond our means. We actually don't really need a lot. We need a place to sleep, we need some food, some social interaction. But I'd rather struggle and move in a direction that's like more in alignment with me and my soul than pay for my car and pay for my house and deal with those stressors. So I don't know if like don't listen to me if this is not resonating with you because I would need to have a, like a heart to heart conversation with you and probably ask more questions. But that's just what's coming up for me. Let's see. I've been compartmentalizing my somatic practice completely separate from work. I need to integrate better. Can you tell us some spiritual experience that you had through breath work? If you are comfortable with that, Being aware of your breath during activities. Want to smack breath or help me become more aware? Let's see this. I Think I like this one from Angel. Can you tell us some spiritual experiences that you had through breath work? If you are comfortable with that, you might have heard this one before. But when I was 18, I had significant back pain and I went to the doctor and they told me I had some fusing in my thoracic spine and I had some scoliosis and some fusing in my thoracic spine. And I'm like, I'm 18 years old. Like, how is this. Like, I'm young and I play sports and I'm active and I like, how do I have this going on with my, my spine, my back? Like, it was a. It was like a come to God moment. Like, am I, am I flawed? Right. And through that process, I started getting into, like, I started getting body work, yoga, massage, those were all great. They weren't really fixing the thing though. And then further along in my journey, I went through a pretty. I found, you know, I've tried Kundalini breath work, I tried Pranayama, I tried a bunch of other different things. And I found holotropic breathwork. And I ended up doing a session with Stan groff. And about 30 minutes into it, I, like, I started to be. I started having the ability to really tune into my diaphragm. And not just my diaphragm, but my solar plexus energy center, if you will, like your solar plexus chakra, which I don't necessarily use those terms, but the nerve bundle that's in my solar plexus. And I felt a pop in my spine. And for those of you that don't know anatomy, your diaphragm, actually the origin of your diaphragm is along your lumbar spine. So a lot of the times when we have lower back pain and mid back pain, a lot of it has to do with your diaphragm. Like, a lot of it could be your psoas too, but they're all kind of connected in there. And I experienced this pop and immediately this pop happened in my spine and it was like a wave of anger just came over me and I was. I just wanted to start yelling. And it was, it was anger towards my family, anger towards my upbringing. My parents were addicts and really struggled with anxiety and depression and anger towards just them and the way that they treat themselves and how that affected me and passed down this issue that's in my spine by being addicted to stimulus stimulants, which I've talked about before. And those stimulants are when you're addicted to stimulants. It puts out your fire. And therefore was the gift that they gave me, right? It was the gift that they gave me to heal. And then I experienced sadness and tears and, you know, just like wanting their. Like on a deep level. Just actually I just wanted their love. You know, I wanted. I wanted to be able to really connect with them beyond their. Because I watched them really struggle. They did the best that they could and they gave me so many gifts and they were so. They were so good to me, but they were struggling. And after I went through this powerful emotional release, like anger, tears, rage, I saw pretty clearly that my job and my soul journey. And at that point, I was a body worker. I'm like, whoa. I'm actually a breath worker. I'm a breath worker first. I'm a body worker second. Because your breath is a driving force. Your life is measured by breath. When you take your first breath, and eventually we will take our last. And everything in between is your life and the state of your chakra system, the state of your nervous system. Your electricity is based on your breath. You can amplify your energy using your breath and you can also relax your energy using your breath. We're not taught this in school. You can change your state at any time. You can't control the outside world, but you can control your internal state. But that's not very good for the pharmaceutical company, right? That's not very good for needing to go to a doctor to tell me how to change my state. Right? To tell me how to move through anxiety, anxiety and depression by giving me pills that might mask my symptoms. That's not very good for them. Right. So I, I had this, like, I had this emotional release and then I. My mind became so clear that I need to go deeper into breath work and I need to combine that with body work and a lot of the somatic understanding from. From a practitioner standpoint of how, how to attune to somebody, how to give someone permission, how to be an empathetic witness. And what does that actually mean? What are the skills? So that was a powerful experience with me. Let me see what else we got here. I'll take a couple more. What up, Jess? Angel, thank you. Would love to. So February 21st, mark it on your calendar. I'm going to do a free workshop on. It'll mostly be around alignment, how to align yourself. And a lot of that is like tapping into your emotions and how to move through a lot of that. But alignments is not just a state. Alignment is a process because you're going to move through life and life is going to push you this way and it's going to push you that way. But do you have the skills to bring yourself back to center? It's like posture. There is no such thing as perfect posture. Posture is a dynamic state. It's a moving state. Like, can I flow with when someone's pushing this way, Can I move back this way? There is no such thing as stasis because life isn't static. Life is moving and changing all the time. And can you. Do you actually have the skill set to bring yourself back into alignment, which is being in tune with yourself and being able to communicate from that place, which I think is actually probably the most essential skill that we could possibly learn as a human, to be able to actually develop a relationship with ourselves and then tell other people how we're feeling and then be able to actually listen to them while they're doing it as well. And I think that that would probably change quite a bit of the. The issues in our world. I think we'd live in a different place. So February 21st, make sure that you're on our email list. You'll get. It's completely free. I love hearing the understanding of what your parents were going through. They're imperfect humans. They become parents. We don't. Yeah, they did the best that they can. And I'm a big believer that you choose your parents based on the life path that you wanted to go into. Right. They taught me very. So many lessons. And one of them, one of the lessons is that you don't always have to like what you're grateful for. Like, I'm so grateful for them. I didn't like it. I like. I probably would have preferred some other things, but I can't even say that because I'm so grateful for all, like their drug addiction. I'm grateful for their, you know, their pain. I'm grateful for me witnessing that and prepared me to be able to go to the depths with other people because I spent, you know, my whole life doing it with them. So I know what it's like. Thanks, Steph. What's up, Kerrigan? Got some other practitioners on here. What do you suggest for someone who doesn't need emotional release but doesn't necessarily want to be in them, who does need. Who needs an emotional release, but doesn't necessarily want to be in a big group with others watching during an emotional release? So there's different aspects to group sessions and one on one sessions, like some people like group sessions, because they can kind of be a fly on the wall and you know, you can be in the corner and you know, sometimes like others aren't necessarily watching you. The thing about a group session is everyone has their eyes closed and everyone's going in their internal journey. And maybe there's practitioners, there are that are watching and working with you, but they're there to hold space. Like, the thing I teach is that anything that's coming up is coming up because it's a good thing. It's coming up because it wants to move through you, whether it's an ugly cry or whether it's like laughter and sensuality and whatever it is. So some people don't resonate with group sessions. And sometimes one on one sessions can feel a little bit more intense because you're the sole focus with somebody. And so I would, I would maybe challenge that, that. Like, have you ever experienced a group session? Like you have nothing to lose to go try that. Have you ever experienced a one on one session? I would honestly try both. And whatever one you're called to, like a one on one session can be so, so powerful as well. But you know, they're different groups. Groups are collective healing and they're a collective journey. One on one sessions are a little bit more focal. So they both have benefits. Let's see here. Half the breath work, one hour walk in nature. Wow. Do I have an idea? Do you have any idea how I can get back to homeostasis? Okay, I'm gonna, I'm gonna. One more thing here. With the rise of breath work now, people don't realize that when you're breathing heavily, you are taking yourself into a stress state, you're actually dysregulating your nervous system. So if I'm, I'm mimicking a state of distress. And so which is good because I'm developing resistance resilience and I'm spiking my nervous system, which we need. But you should always, always, always, always spend the same amount of time. Oh, what's up? What's up, crow? You should always spend the same amount of time breathing slowly. If you've done any of my sessions, you know that they're split in half. And the first half is spiking your nervous system. The second half is elongating your exhale, trying to become as still as possible, breathing in and out of your nose, which is how you should live most of your life is breathing in and out of your nose. There are benefits to breathing heavily in and out of your mouth, but you want to make sure that you're showing the nervous system how to come back down into a relaxed state because that will help you maintain that state longer. That will bring. Bring you back into homeostasis. So online sessions are like appetizers before you go in one on one or group? Yes, you're not wrong about that. One on one or a group session. Is it normal to feel a little dizzy when you're doing the heavy breathing part of the exercise? Yes. I would say that if you're feeling dizzy, you're going too hard. Hard. I love the bird songs in the background too. Here, maybe I'll show you somewhere up there. Oh, yeah, There he is. Mr. Crow. Look at the squirrel right here. Hey, squirrel. Okay, what was the question? This would probably be my last one here. Go back here. Oh, yeah. Dizziness. So you should never, you should never push yourself to the point of where you're getting dizzy. The thing about somatic breath work is I let everyone find a rhythm that's comfortable with them. I want to push them a little bit. You should never be breathing. Like, like there's a big. I'm worried for the, the state of breath work a little bit because there's a big popularity on like the hyperventilation. And you know, it can be beneficial, but a lot of practitioners don't know what they're doing. And like, it's a titration process of pushing yourself a little bit and finding your edge, but not taking yourself past that until you're ready. And so, like, it's a slower process and you have to have someone that knows how to attune to you and how to guide you correctly. And if you're doing it for yourself, I would slow down. As soon as you start to get dizzy. At that point, start to focus on your exhales, start to elongate your exhales and bring yourself back into a relaxed state. That's why I go for rounds and like, I have breath holds in between. Like, the, the dynamic of somatic breath work is set up in a way to keep you from like, going too hard too fast. Because honestly, like, almost all healing modalities are micro traumas. You look at acupuncture, we're putting needles in you. We're attacking your body to elicit a healing response. Response body work. I'm pressing and I'm working on different areas. Like that is causing the. I'm causing a micro trauma to your body to initiate a healing response. You could look at psychotherapy like, we're asking you questions. To get you to go to the thing to bring it up and out, to reframe it. Right. To elicit a healing response around it. You know, I was talking to a friend about combo, like combos, you're using tree or tree frog poison to like poison your body to make it stronger. And so a lot of people don't understand that, that like there has to be a calculated dose for that and being guided correctly is so, so important. So having a person that can attune to you and that's why like the meta skills are something that I'm so, so like are so important and they're not being taught. They're not being taught and it really makes me kind of a little bit scared for this. Yeah. This world, the breath work world. So. But that's where my job is to come in and make sure everyone's able to attune and have enough sensitivity and be able to like really connect to people where they're at and push them a little bit, but also have enough range to like soften when they need to soften and push them in expressing an intensity when they need to be pushed into intensity. And that takes a skilled practitioner to do that. Anyways, I love you all. Thank you so much for tuning in as always. Always. I'm going to be doing these every Wednesday, so if there's certain topics that you'd like me to hear or to talk about, definitely let me know. And I love you guys so much. I'm gonna read a couple of your comments just because I wanna. Yeah, it is unfortunate about the pushing the business aspect on things which I get it right. You know, there's, there's some incongruency there that is tough. But find your unique expression. The world wants to hear your unique expression. Turn it into an art form. Channel it into something. For me it's music. Oh, that was wrong. Oh yeah. They asked me what I'm smiling for it's cuz I never been this high before. It's like I never felt alive before. I'd rather have my peace of mind than war I said me and you we ain't that different I was gonna sing the whole thing for you, but I love you guys. Thank you. I literally have just. I am terrified of singing and so doing that is like, is. Is tough for me. But I'm. I'M unlocking it. So a little bit at a time is great. Right? Thank you all for for tuning in.
