I can't believe that our Disney retreat and training is a little over two months away. September 30th through October 3rd, a whole entire group of neurodivergent people learning to support other neurodivergent people in their lives, unmasking, having fun in Disney World. Three days in Disney parks. We're going to be doing trying to remember what parks we're going to be doing. Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, because we all want the food in Epcot. And it's also Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. So we're going to be doing that and having so much fun doing all of these things. But the important part is it's a group of neurodivergent people getting together, supporting each other, building a closer community. And Disney, hello. But we're going to be using Disney to teach Everyone how to manage dopamine better, how to manage overwhelm, stress, uh, sensory overwhelm, somatic healing, um, relationship building, all of those things. Because the science behind how Disney is built is exactly how we need to operate in our daily lives and how you could take that into your therapy practice. As a teacher, take it back to your classroom. As a parent, back into your home. As an adult in the corporate work world, taking it back into the work world so that you can either use it with your team. Or use it with yourself to reduce your overwhelm and increase your dopamine every single day. And that is so possible, and there are so many ways to do that. I can't wait to take everybody to Disney. I'm gonna open up— I talked to my team, they're a little annoyed with me, I think. I'm gonna open up 5 more spots so 5 more people can come. You can bring your spouse, you could bring your teens. Children are not allowed because insurance and all of that. I mean, you can bring them and bring your spouse and they could take them into the park. But come join us because this trip last year Changed so many lives and helped so many therapists and managers at corporate and so many things just by learning to use neurodivergent coded skills in Disney World. And yes, Disney World is the center of this because, well, we love Disney and neurodivergent people in Disney. Hello, that's a lot of fun. But it's about building that community, building your support system, and building a knowledge base that will help you work with other neurodivergent individuals even If you have any questions, message me.
