Today is day one of the AI challenge for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, but this would work for anyone. So if you're catching this on YouTube, this will work for you too. And these are the things that we do in ND High. We make sure that we give the tools that are needed for ADHDers, autistics, ADHDers to make their entrepreneurship journey and daily job and stay-at-home mom life and author life and freelancer life As easy as possible. And one of the first things is never living a life alone. Do these things in community because when you do it in community, one, you're 50% more likely to succeed, two, you're less overwhelmed, and three, dopamine. I mean, hello. So today's challenge is to sort out a brain dump. So you're decreasing your overwhelm and you're doing it in just a few minutes. And if you do this and make this a habit or a good practice to do whenever Whenever your brain just can't sort through what you have to do, whether it's cleaning your house or you've got a million tasks to do, or you're writing a book or whatever it is, this will help you get out of that funk and get things done. So I, I'm gonna put the prompt below and it's gonna be down in the notes below for you so you don't have to remember this. What you're gonna get out of this is you're gonna get that wall of just jumble in your head out and get things done. So you're gonna want to ask it to be calm and practical, and you want it to be your executive function assistant. You do need to tell it that so that it breaks down tasks into the simplest form. And you're going to want to tell it everything in your head. I don't care if the things in your head is to remember have sex with my husband tonight, to remember to call the doctors, to remember to put dishes in the dishwasher, to remember to call for your new prescription, to remember remember to put the food in the microwave to thaw it, to remember to email that client, write that blog post, do those invoices you've been putting off, get those client notes in. Whatever it is, this can help you. And put your personal items in. Everything in your head, just get it out of your head. You could do this verbally. A lot of— especially if you're paying for AI A lot of platforms will let you do a verbal brain dump. But if you, if it doesn't, you can do a voice memo on your phone and then put that in ChatGPT or Claude or Perplexity or whatever you're using. Doesn't matter what platform you're using. This will work on all of them. Grok, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT. It'll work on a million of them. So use that. Get everything out of your head. That's one of the big things that is keeping you overwhelmed and stuck. And then the shame loop starts and then RSD starts and all of those things. So get things out of your head. That's day number 1 is get things outta your head. And you could do this in 15 minutes or less. So I'm not gonna, I'm gonna just put this chat, this prompt below and it will do all of the things for you. And if you are paying for AI, you won't need to use this full prompt every day. Tomorrow, if you come back, if you are paying for AI, come back to the same chat and say, here's today's brain dump, please break it down like you did yesterday. And you keep telling it that. You don't have to do the whole prompt. If you're using free AI, you will need to put this prompt in every single day. But you have it, keep it, put it in your notes app, put it wherever you're going to remember where it is. So this helps you get out of overwhelm. I promise it helps.
