overcome your fears in business | free training

In this live training, Danny Walsh introduces the F.E.A.R.S. framework—a five‑step system designed to help entrepreneurs overcome fear and achieve business success. He walks the audience through each component: 1. Framework – the foundational structure that underpins every decision; Danny stresses that every successful business has a clear, documented framework and urges participants to create one before 2025. 2. Execution – turning the framework into a concrete, prioritized action list; he highlights the importance of precise, disciplined execution and warns against jumping between tasks without a map. 3. Action – taking specific, purposeful steps that are directly tied to the framework and execution plan; Danny critiques generic “just take action” advice and emphasizes that actions must be linked to the underlying framework. 4. Relationships (Ask) – building the right connections by asking clear, purposeful questions; he explains that asking the right people the right questions accelerates progress far more than technical fixes. 5. Software – using tools efficiently without letting them dominate time; Danny advises limiting software time and focusing on relationship‑building and execution. Throughout, he references well‑known experts (Russell Brunson, Tony Robbins, Dr. Erin Redden) to illustrate that frameworks are a common thread among successful leaders. He also introduces a “16‑word” shorthand to capture a business idea succinctly. The session is interactive, with Danny prompting the audience to commit to creating their own framework, execution plan, and relationship‑asking strategy before 2025. The overall message is that fear stems from lack of structure, and by applying the F.E.A.R.S. system entrepreneurs can replace anxiety with confidence and clear direction.

But this is my take on F.E.A.R.S., right? And I want to give you this as a, as a gift. I want to give you this as something you can take away. Make sure you write it down because there's not going to be a replay, right? So first F is the framework. Let me know if you don't have a framework, or let me know if you do have a framework. You've got a framework that you're totally confident in that underpins everything you do in your business. You got one? How many people have got a framework that they're totally confident in that underpins everything they do in the business? One or two of you have done some framework training with me. Maybe you do, maybe you put it on a piece of paper, maybe you moved on to the next thing. Framework. Let me know if you've got a framework. You need one? I don't. Yes, I do. There's a mix, mixture, right? You won't have all of them. Some do. This is good. Not sure. I say the framework makes the game work, right? Framework is so important. If you look at anything that any expert or guru, whether it's Russell Brunson, Tony Robbins, whoever, they have a framework, right? Authors have a framework for writing books. We interviewed Dr. Erin Redden, uh, recently. She's got a framework for writing stories. Hook, Story, Offer is a framework. Perfect Webinar is a framework. Right? I have a thing called 16 Words. It helps you get all of your ideas down into 16 words. So you can get all million ideas in 16 words and then you can run with it, right? But a framework is— look, ChatGPT can help you with this stuff. Google can help you with this stuff. How many books have you got on frameworks? How many books have you got on frameworks, right? Go to your bookshelf. It's like, ta-da! We got the books, right? Everyone's got the books. You've got all these books. There's what's behind the curtain. How many books have you got on frameworks? Think about it, right? There's Dotcom Secrets, My 16 Words, Expertise Maybe. But how many books are— with all the books on your shelf— Holly's got more books than, than I've ever seen, right? She's got this huge library of books. How many of those are about frameworks, right? Go and find me a business that's successful that doesn't have a framework. Can't find one. Go and find a business that doesn't have a framework, they're probably not successful. This is one of the core underpinning principles in anything we do in business, and it's the one thing that anybody who's struggling, who comes to me by whatever means— message, call, you know, whatever, the beaming into like holograms are appearing at the end of my bed in the middle of the night, whatever it is. They don't have a framework. Even if you're super confident in your idea, that F, that framework, if you don't have it, you're not going to be successful. And I want all of you to like Google it, figure it out, ChatGPT, like we'll try and make one in a minute if we've got time. It's like You need a framework, right? So many books, not many frameworks. You can figure out a framework for your business, right? That's it. So write in the chat, I will figure out a framework for my business before 2025, and get to work on that. Don't worry about the funnel, don't worry about the product, don't worry about any of this other stuff. It's like, just what is my framework for success? And it doesn't have to be overly difficult, right? We'll, we'll show you an example of one in a second, right? Framework. You ready for the next one? What's the, what's the, the E, right? You ready for the next one? Let me know in the comments. You ready for the next one? You ready? Holly's got so many books. Uh, you guys are great. Awesome, right? I was like, ah, 16 words. Um, what's the framework exactly? What is the framework, right? You ready for the next one? Yes, Holly, we're gonna figure out a framework for the business before 2025. Awesome. Gotta figure it out. Yes, ready. Let's go. Right, next one. Execution. It was like, hey, you unsure about like what to actually execute on next? And people will say, hey, just, just like, just execute the plan. It's like, well, one, we've not got a framework, so we don't really know what that looks like. But then we've not broken that down into, into an actual list of things we can, we can execute, we can actually do. I talked about this on my Dannyween Halloween special. There's the art of execution. The ability to actually wake up in the morning and not just do stuff is to execute with precision. And this is one of the traits of leaders who are successful, is their ability to execute is something that you, you rarely see. You think of like, I don't know, Jeff Bezos, or, you know, look at, you know, a lot of you familiar with Russell Brunson, look at Russell Brunson, whoever right, in whatever business area you're in, right? Look at the— I don't know, whatever— and, and you'll see it. The ability to execute, which means completing the whole thing, right? And doing that with precision, with confidence, with certainty. It's no wonder that people are scared and afraid if they don't have a framework with, with guidance and like principles, and they don't have a plan so they know what to do next, right? So before 2025 comes, you've got your framework, you've got your plan, you know what it is that you're executing first. If you need to build a funnel, you need to build an AI, you need to launch a thing, you need to do a design, understand what order you need to do that in. You've done enough training, you've read enough books, you've followed enough Processes, simple framework, simple plan, and nail it. Don't finish until it's finished. So many people come on these calls and they're like, Danny, I started this thing and now I'm doing this thing and I'm going to do this thing and tomorrow I might do this other thing. And it's like, well, what about the thing that you was doing 2 weeks ago? And they're like, oh, don't do that thing anymore. Did you finish it? No, because I thought of this. And it's like, ah, you— the framework wasn't quite there. And the plan of things you wanted to execute on wasn't quite clear, and you're scared about going forward because there's no map. If I left you in the middle of the forest with like no map and no, no compass, you're in your right to be scared. Give you a map and a compass, a list of milestones, and you think, oh, this is boring. But unfortunately, business is boring, right? The bits of the business that make you successful are the boring bits. Framework, execution. Making sense? And look, Christie's like, I think this is what's been part of why I've made progress. I've been stuck in the framework and execution part, right? So totally makes sense. And yeah, I see it over and over and over and over again, right? So next one, ready for the next one? Let's do the next one, right? This is, this is one of the, the big things. I'm like, oh, this is insane. People say take action. How many times have you heard the words take action? Just take action, guys, you'll be fine. Like, without swearing, but what does that mean, right? What does that mean? See how the FEARS thing is actually a framework for success? That's like dead simple. It's like we just made an acronym, we're going to stick to it, right? Making sense? Framework. Execution, actions that we need to take. They just say, hey, take action. Yeah, we'll take action today. No idea what we're taking action on, like we can complete, and we've absolutely no idea what that relates to because there's no framework to underpin it, but we're gonna take action. You get to about 4 o'clock in the day taking action and you think, I want to break things now. Because I'm not making progress. And that lack of progress then makes you feel that you're a failure, and that fear of failure makes you exclude yourself. These things are all intrinsically linked, and no one else is teaching this stuff. And I can see it because I speak to people, thousands of people, every day, every week. And it's like, there's no framework, there's no plan of execution, and therefore they don't know what action to take, and then they're lost. So you can go and read all the books you want, They don't tell you what your framework is for your business, right? They don't tell you what to execute next, and they don't tell you what action you need to take to do that. You've got to decide that yourself. And that could be a piece of paper with fears written down the side of it and 3 bullet points for each thing, and you won't be having this conversation in 2025. Right? And if it's a big old map, if you've read on them and read on them and read on them, none of them were wrong. It's your lack of confidence in, in that because you've never been down that path before. And that's perfectly fine. You can do it if you take the first step. You ready for the next one? Peter's like, oh man, I'm glad it makes sense, Peter. I was like, put my heart and soul into these things, try and help people over the, over the finish line, right? We're 70 slides in, would you believe it? Ready for the next one? This is the big one, right? This is the big thing. I always talk about technology has to work, you put the right offer in front of the right people, and you build and maintain relationships. The relationships you're creating online are not the right relationships for you in your business. They're not. These— you're making relationships with the wrong people online. And the one thing that I say every single presentation I do— I'm not going to dwell on it today— the one thing that you're not doing that I want you all to promise me that you're going to do more of in 2025— you're going to do it this week— is ask, right? And ask gets you further in a relationship than telepathy, because nobody understands what you're thinking unless the words come out of your mouth are very, very distinct. If we do this together, do you think it would work? Is, is a question, it's an ask. But saying to somebody, hey, I've got this idea and I think we'd be great to work together, would you consider it? Is, is a more defined ask. Hey Danny, I've got this idea, can we work together on it? Hey Danny, I know this person who needs help. Hey Danny, I'm struggling with this thing. Hey Holly, you see, you see where I'm going with this, right? Hey Christy. Hey Peter. Like, you see how all of the people in the inbox earlier, the 50 slides of inbox messages They were asking questions to the right person, but they weren't necessarily asking the right question. That's deep, right? They were asking questions to the right person, but they weren't necessarily asking the right question. People can move further forward if they formulate the question with a view to building a relationship, not just getting a quick fix, right? Hey Danny, I need help with this, uh, workflow thing, or this software thing, or how do you change the font, right? Hey Danny, do you know somebody in your network who can just build this thing for me? There's like two totally different questions. Same guy, you'll get a response either way. Of course I do. Would you like to know more? Yes, tell me more. Right, there's a guy who can build this stuff for you. Oh, that's great, Danny Walsh. We're building a relationship. How did you get on? Yeah, it was amazing. Uh, do you know anybody else who can do this thing? Yeah, cool. That could be the nature of the relationship, but it's the relationship that moves you further forward faster. I said this on the live the other day— further forward faster. Can you write that in the chat, Holly? But Your ability to create the right relationships and ask the right questions is what will make the difference between success and failure in your business, right? Look at the successful people and look at the relationships that they foster, that they create, that the things that they're doing in their business to move for further forward faster, right? Don't be looking for the quick technical fix. Look at how— what can I ask now that's just going to move me forward 10 years? Right? Elon Musk wants to go to Mars and do all of this crazy stuff. He isn't sitting in a silo with no confidence, right? He's like, hey, how do we do this thing? How do we, how do we do this the best thing? Uh, yeah, great. You're asking the right people the right questions. And would you believe it, they're doing all this space stuff at the going to space, right? It's like, this is a big thing. Medical advancements, whatever it is, right? And people can, you know, people can do crazy stuff as well. It's like, hey, how do we rob this bank? Like, yeah, we've got the gun. It's like crazy, right? So you can ask, you can do like horrible things with the same process, but we're not down for that, right? We're down for positivity, we're down for helping people, we're down for building and fostering and growing and nurturing and helping society at large. So you've got to have the right relationships with the right people. And the people you're probably talking to right now are not the right relationship. It's not the right relationship for what you need to be successful. And it all comes down to what you ask and how you ask it, right? So I want you to hold this, this framework in mind. Last one is the software. And unfortunately, you spend so long in the software that you can't do the other stuff. You spend so long in the software, it's scary. I don't want you to spend too long in the software. I want you to focus on building the relationships with the people who can do that stuff with their eyes closed. I want you to ask the right questions that allow you to take the right actions to execute your list so it fits in with your framework, and then you're moving. Does that make sense? You're spending too long in software. Not enough time doing the things that matter— your framework, your execution, your action, and your relationships. You sort those out and you wake up in the morning thinking, hey, I'm not scared anymore, I'm not anxious anymore, I'm not worried anymore. I'm doing this with confidence in myself, in my product, and in my calling. I don't have a script. This is like I believe this with every ounce of my being because I've spoken to so many people and I've wrapped it up into a framework that's hopefully easy to understand. Write fears on the page, draw something. That's my 16-word interpretation of this, right? There's like, there's one thing at the top and then you can sort of see how it goes. There's 5 in each column, right? So I could explain this in seconds. So what I want to show you today is the ability to create, nurture, and maintain profitable relationships through asking. First thing we're gonna do, we're gonna have a framework which is gonna have a statement, a structure, a script, and a success path. From there, I'm going to show you what to do, what to execute. So you've got some brand execution, some plan to execute. You're going to need to execute on your messaging and execute on your conversations. And I'm going to teach you about the software that you need, not the software that you don't. We look at social, look at video, look at email, and then look at what actions we need to take to pull all that together. Less than a minute, framework done. 16 words, not overly complicated. I put a little train on there, it makes it look cool, but who cares? Write 3 things, whatever it is. The funnel is just the track that moves people from A to B. If they don't know where they're going, then you're never going to be successful. It's what you do on the station and the train that matters.
