In this motivational monologue, Coach Raphael Djine argues that a lack of sexual self‑control is a major factor that derails ambition, youth, and personal success. He stresses that uncontrolled sexual activity leads to loss of focus, broken relationships, and wasted energy. Djine advises listeners to practice "sex fasting"—periods ranging from weeks to months—so that the energy normally spent on sexual pursuits can be redirected toward productive goals. He reinforces his point with a biblical example, citing King Solomon’s downfall due to having multiple wives and uncontrolled sexual life, despite his wisdom. The speaker frames sexual discipline as a habit akin to dietary restraint, urging both men and women to develop conscious control over their sexual impulses to protect their ambitions and relationships.

Number eleven. Number eleven, the lack of lack of control sexual self-control, lack of sexual self-control. Hey, we love sex. Nobody want to talk about sex, but it's secret thing. Young people, older people. I don't know about too much old people because I'm not old, but it's part of our life. Matter of fact, we can see the result. We see baby come all the time. And the most used way is through sexual activity. I know today people can make babies other how. But one of the things that destroy people, that make people lose their youth, lose their life, and lose their ambition, lose everything, is a lack of control. You cannot try to have sex with everybody. There's no way everybody can turn you on. You must condition yourself to see some woman— if you are a man, see some woman like a man. And if you're a woman, see some man like a woman. Not in a bad way. You have to have self-control. You have to master your sexual life. How do you master your sexual life? Even if you are married, there are some men and women— there are some men where women control them just because of sex. Women are using sex to control them, and the whole house is destroyed. There are some women that men are using sex to control them. Why don't you give yourself a break? 30-minute, 30-day break. Why don't you do sex fasting? Go two months without sex. Go two weeks. Go weeks. Go a month. Use that energy to for something else. You have to be able to control yourself, and it's something you must develop. You must develop that. It isn't just. It's not going to just fall up you. It's just like food. You have to be able to push the plate at certain time and say no. Have meat all over the table and say no, no meat today. I'm just going to eat vegetable. Have drink on the table and say no drink. You must do the same thing with sex. Matter of fact, if you think I'm just I'm going too far. Ask Solomon. Solomon, one of the great men that the world ever knew. Matter of fact, the Bible backed up Solomon with his wisdom and all that. People came from nations far away to come and get counsel from Solomon. Matter of fact, I read every day, I read one chapter in Proverbs. I learned from Solomon, a guy that God himself appeared to him and said, this guy is full of wisdom, but his life was destroyed just because he didn't know how to have only 2, 3, or 4 wives. Everywhere he go, he need to marry a wife. He's saying that was to set up peace with that people, but I don't know what is your reason. Control yourself sexually. Make sure you do it. Make sure you do it. It's something we all have to develop ourselves. Battle for it and control ourselves.
