In this motivational segment, Coach Raphael Djine discusses the 30th reason people fail: lack of capital. He explains that without sufficient funds, even a good business idea can collapse because owners cannot cover essential expenses such as rent, payroll, supplies, or recover from mistakes (e.g., a failed bakery batch). Djine emphasizes that raising money is a learnable skill; becoming resourceful enables entrepreneurs to secure the capital they need. He urges viewers to watch a video on how to raise capital, adopt a resourceful mindset, and apply the 30 failure‑reversal principles. He also references Napoleon Hill as an exemplar of wealth‑building wisdom, encouraging listeners to emulate his teachings to achieve success this year.
