In this motivational monologue, the speaker argues that true success requires standing out from the crowd and refusing conformity. He urges listeners to embrace their unique gifts, follow the lone path rather than the majority, and adopt disciplined habits that most people avoid—such as waking up early, running alone, studying while others sleep, and attending training programs that others skip. By consistently choosing the unconventional route, one differentiates oneself like a champion and creates a clear pathway to success.

Hey, another thing I want to talk about here is if you want to be successful, you must, you must stand out. Stand out, stand out of the crowd. Refuse conformity. I know everybody wants you to be like them. Everybody wants you to dress like them. Everybody wants you to talk like them, you know, sing like them, do like them. If you ever want to be successful in life, you have to be, you have to be able to stand out. Alone. Alone. I always tell people, if you are running, 1,000 people are going this way, one person is going to one direction, follow the one person because you know where he's going. Be different. Accept the uniqueness. You probably have a voice that everybody like, oh man, you can't— I don't know, that's bad voice, you can't sing with that. That may be the gift God, God actually invested in you. Don't try to be like everybody. Don't try to do what everybody do. Be creative. Be able to stand out. You know, nobody like to get up early and go run. Do that. You may be the only one in the neighborhood. Those are the pathway to success. You may stay up and study long hour. When everybody are sleeping, when everybody are watching TV, grab a book and start reading. When people don't want to go to that training program, go to the training program. Stand out. Be different because you are unique. Champions are different. They get, you know, they stand out. Don't just follow the crowd. That is the true pathway to success. So I'll see you around.
