In this brief French-language interview, Speaker A asks about the history of the company Dispensation. Speaker B explains that while the company itself has become notable only in the past three years, its founder, Monsieur Raphaël Giné, has been active in real estate for nearly two decades. The response highlights Giné's extensive experience—over twenty years in the property sector—and notes that Dispensation's recent rise in prominence is a more recent development, gaining attention within the last three years.

Wow.
