Entrepreneurs MeetUp - Sunday, 29th October - iLead Global English Community

The session, hosted by Coach Julia and Coach Half Patrick with guest Coach Markerry Chochio (Mark Henry), delivered practical guidance for small business owners and coaches on how to grow visibility and sales. Key points included an 80/20 split between digital (80%) and offline (20%) marketing, leveraging traditional media like radio and print where relevant, and integrating online tactics such as social media, paid ads, and partnership building. The coaches emphasized the importance of promotions, discounts, advertising investment, and building a tribe or community around a coaching business. They introduced the "Know‑Like‑Trust" framework, stressing lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through value‑driven content. Financing advice discouraged starting with loans, urging entrepreneurs to first build a customer base that can fund the business, and to consider loan financing only after reaching a sustainable level. A Q&A covered challenges of converting visibility into sales and how to structure mutually beneficial partnerships, illustrated by a drill‑instructor’s partnership scenario. The session concluded with a brief promotion of iLead Global’s School of Business, its community, masterclasses, job placement guarantees, and upcoming programs, followed by a poll for participant feedback.

We've had him here before, so If you, if you were trying to find him and you couldn't find him, that's his website, www.coachchurchill.com. Churchill, are you here? Last week we looked at creating a business strategy, and we understood the fact that creating a business strategy is not as most of us had always thought, you know, setting out your goals, looking at what to do. Making this huge plan or making this huge expense list and believing that that is a strategy. Last month we were able to understand the difference between what we were doing and what we required to do in order to have a very good foundation for our businesses. But while we are at that, for those of us who are already running our businesses or running other people's businesses or managing other people's businesses, you would agree that in the course of trying to make your service or your product so appealing enough for your prospects, for your customers to buy in, We are always faced with a lot of challenges. We are always faced with a lot of challenges. And these challenges, they range from different fairs. They range from different fairs, right? For me, it's always about how do I get them to pay that money? How do I get them to pay that money? You know, doing the publicity, doing the marketing, for me, I could get by it. But what about bringing the money? Bringing the money, that's been the challenge for me. That's, that's, that sales, creating that sales has been the challenge for me. So being in the space where I can learn how I can get my prospect to convert, I couldn't, I couldn't miss this for anything. And I'm sure you feel the same way. I think I see Coach Mark. Are you here now? Can you unmute yourself, please? Because you seem to be muted.
Let me see. Okay, can you hear me now?
Yes, yes, yes, I can hear you. Yes, we are here. All right.
I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. I was having some technical issues trying to fix one or two things.
I'm so sorry.
It's all right.
But I'm here, I'm here now. So I hope everyone can hear me, see me, and hear me.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
All right, cool. So how long do I have? Okay, I need to be sure of how long I have so I know at what pace I'm going to be.
You have, you, you have 15 minutes.
I thought, I thought it was 20 minutes. Please don't take away my 5 minutes. Let me breathe. Just, just don't take away my 5 minutes. I need it. All right, so I have 20 minutes, right?
Yes, you do.
All right, guys. All right, guys, you're welcome to this session. My name is Markerry Chochio. You can just call me Coach Chochio. You guys about what I do, so I don't need to go into that. So I have 20 minutes, I'll just get into it. So, uh, we're going to be looking at— in this 20 minutes, we're going to be covering, uh, sales challenges, how to overcome sales challenges. She already said it, that, you know, sales is a challenge for a lot of people. A lot of people are struggling, you know, with selling. It's not about starting a business, it's about knowing how to sell your product or services so your business can profit, you know. So I want to start by saying that sales is the lifeblood of every business. What that means is that as long as you're in business, sales is the engine that keeps your business running. Now, if your business is not able to make sales, you will not be able to generate the income that you need, the revenue that you need for your business to survive and grow. And then what that means also— what that means is that also you will not be able to generate the necessary income, you know, to pay— I mean, if you have employees, for instance, you'll be able to pay your employees, you'll be able to pay rent, you'll be able to pay for other business expenses. So sales is very key, it's very important. And that's why we are looking at it today, you know. Right now, another thing I want to say is that when it comes to sales, you know, customer financing is the best form of business funding. I say this all the time, you know, a lot of people want to start a business and you want to borrow money to start a business. It's a bad idea, you understand. When a business is just beginning, you need to do personal funding. It's best to always use your personal funds to start a business, or you get funding from friends and family, then launch your business. It is not safe to go get a loan. I always tell people that the best business financing is customer financing. What that means is this: even before you start a business, make sure that your product has a sellable capacity. Make sure you've done your research to find out that there are already people that are ready to pay for your services and for your product. Because once that— when that happens, it becomes easy, you know, for you to sell. So selling, you know, guarantees that you earn an income, and it's the best business funding. You know, when it comes to business funding, you know, the funding from the customer— I call it customer financing— is the best form of funding for any business. All right, and then you need to know that sales comes from visibility. The reason why a lot of people don't make sales is because their business is not visible. I always say this: by the time you start a business, the first thing you should try to make sure of is that your business is visible, that people know that you do what you do. You understand? Now, the more visibility you have, the more sales you have. So increase visibility equals increased sales. So, you need to do everything you have to do to put your business out there. Because if you don't, you know, I've heard a lot of people say, I don't like to sell, I don't like to sell. The truth is, if you don't like to sell, then you will not be able to run a business. I tell people, I tell CEOs, I tell entrepreneurs that the essence of running a business is selling. You know, one of my mentors in management, his name is Peter Drucker, he said something. He said, Business, business just have 2 functions. You know, he said it's marketing and innovation. I'll say that again. He says that business has just 2 functions: marketing and then innovation. What that means is you need to constantly look for ways to sell, to be in the market to sell, and then if you're not selling, look for ways to innovate. So today I'm going to share with you a couple of innovative ideas that are going to help you jig up your sales. But before I do that, I want to share with you the 3 challenges 3 things that, you know, 3 challenges that businesses have that makes a lot of businesses not make sales, you know. Um, I don't know if, uh, I'm sure everybody has the workbook by now, you know. I'm sure if you register for this program, you actually, you were sent a workbook or you downloaded a workbook that we prepared for this class, specifically for this class. Now, if you have that workbook, I'm just going to share the challenges. What you need to do is go back to your workbook. There are practical steps for you to actually overcome these challenges in the workbook. So I'm just going to share the challenges. And then I'll refer you back to the workbook.
Mark, sorry, sorry for cutting you. Can we share that?
The workbook?
Yeah.
All right, yeah, I think everyone, everyone should, everyone should have that.
So yeah, yeah, everyone should, but I'm thinking maybe we can share on the screen. Is that okay? Technical, is it close by?
I think the best thing would be— I think the best thing would be not to share it on the screen and then make sure that everybody gets it at the end of the program, because if they work it now, they'll be able to really listen to— they'll be distracted by it. So I think we should not share it on the screen. Yes, just make sure that everybody gets it at the end of the class for those that have not gotten it. I think that's the best thing. So I'm just going to point them to that, direct them to that to go. By the time the class is over, they should work with the workbook. I'll just share the challenges and then they can go back to working. Is that okay? Yeah, is that okay?
Okay, yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Thank you.
Okay, fine. All right, so the first challenge that a lot of businesses have, the reason why most businesses do not make sales in their business, is because they don't understand who their customer really is. If you don't know who your target market is, you're going to struggle with selling. Now, a lot of people say everybody is my customer. Everyone is my customer. Now, if you say everyone is your customer, it means that nobody is your customer. You understand? You need to find out who your target market is. You need to know who your product and services are for. Now, if you don't do that, you're going to struggle. Now, in the workbook, I shared a customer framework called the Customer Avatar Framework. It's like a template that you can use to actually know who your customers, your ideal customers, are. Now, in the workbook, I cover demographic and psychographic analysis and characteristics of your ideal customers. So by the time you go to that session of the workbook, you're going to see how to do demographic and psychographic analysis to help you know who your ideal customers are. So by the time you're able to know who you're selling to, who your ideal customers are, I'm sure you've conquered 50% of your challenges when it comes to sales. So that's the first challenge that a lot of businesses have— they don't know who their ideal customers are. And then that makes them struggle to sell. And then, you know, they want to sell to everybody and it becomes a challenge. So the first challenge is, you know, knowing who your customers are. If you do that, you're one step up. So that's the first challenge. Now, the second challenge that most businesses have that make them don't sell is not understanding how their products and services really meet their customers' needs. And this is very important. You need to understand your product and your service to the extent where you know how it actually brings value to the customer. If you don't know how valuable your product is, if you don't know the kind of problems that your products and services solve for the customer, you're going to struggle because you're gonna have difficulty communicating that to the customer. So, most businesses basically are lacking in the skill to share, you know, what makes their business or service unique. So, if you can't tell that, then you're going to struggle with selling because it's gonna be hard to, you know, know how to communicate with your customer. Now, if you— I'll take you back to the workbook. If you go back to the workbook, I share processes, you know, that you're going to use actually know how to communicate to your customer. You know, you build your communication, the kind of communication— you first find out what are the pain points of your customers, you find out what kind of communication appeals to them, then you begin to craft your— you know, you might need to go back and learn copywriting skills, you understand? As a business, you need to learn content writing skills so that you're able to communicate effectively with your customer. So I'll refer you back to the workbook. Go to the workbook and then you'll see I outlined some questions there that you're going to answer. Once you're able to answer those questions basically your search. You can now communicate effectively with your customers. All right, so the third challenge that a lot of businesses have when it comes to, uh, marketing— this is the big one. Now, Juliet shared it when she was doing her introduction. I heard her say most people do not have a strategy, you know, for selling. And that's it. That's the third challenge that a lot of people have— not drawing up and executing a sales strategy that meets the customer at different touch points. Now Customers come from different touch points, especially now with online digital marketing and digital platforms, and then social selling platforms. There are lots of platforms out there where the customers interact from. Now, these are all touch points. Now, for you to be able to sell, you know, conveniently and profitably, you need to be able to meet the customers at this touch point, you understand? And what does that mean? It means you need— you know, now, a lot of businesses, what they do is they execute something called a one-way bandwagon strategy. You're doing the same thing that everybody is doing. Now, I've interviewed a lot of business people and I asked them, how do you sell? And they say, well, every day I wake up, I put my products and services on my WhatsApp status. And that's all they do. And I ask them, is that all you do? They'd be like, that's all they do. Now, that's a one-way bandwagon strategy. And most people are doing that because what a lot of people are doing— you need to do better than that if you want your business to sell. You understand what I'm advocating? What I am saying you should do, what I'm recommending, is something called Um, you need to— something I call a, um, an integrated omnichannel sales strategy. Sorry, you know, guys, I'm trying to, I'm trying to meet up with my time. I have a lot to share, so I'm just kind of in a rush because I want to meet up. But I hope you're following. I, you know, I'm— I hope you're following. So I'm saying that most people execute a one-way bandwagon strategy, which is not enough to get the kind of sales you want because customers operate from different touch points. You need to meet them where they are. And I'm saying that for you to do that, you need to develop an integrated omnichannel sales strategy, a strategy that makes you, uh, positions you in those areas where your customers are. And then if you— I refer you back to the workbook. In the workbook, I share with you the things you need to know. You need to understand, number one, where your customers hang out. You need to know the channels where they hang out. Then you need to be able to exist in those channels. And then you need to create the kind of communication that that you can use to reach them in those channels, right? You know, so, um, I refer you back to the workbook. In the workbook, I break it down and how you can create this omnichannel sales strategy. I share everything that you need, you know. So basically, these are the 3 challenges that a lot of businesses have. Now, the workbook is going to help you overcome these challenges. There are practical steps there. Work with them and you're going to break through these challenges. Yes. All right, now let's now look at, you know, I've come with 5 things, 5 ways that I think your business can start creating more visibility and making more sales. I said from the beginning that the reason, one of the reasons why a lot of businesses, you know, do not make sales is because they do not have the visibility, that, that, that the sight power. Now we live in a world of sight and sounds. That means if you're not making enough sound, if you're not being seen, you know, customers are not going to know you exist and then they won't buy from you. And that's why right now Reels are like the biggest thing on Facebook and Instagram one, well, you know, 30 seconds, uh, 30, um, 1-minute reels, 30-second reels, uh, 2-minute reels, 3-minute reels, where you have an opportunity to share content, the kind of content that basically will attract your customers to buy from you. Now, so presence matters in the 21st century. If you do not have presence, people will not know you exist, and then people would not buy from you. All right, so here are the 5 things that I brought to you, 5 ways that your business can start creating more visibility and more sales. Now, this is a way for you to rejig your selling strategy. If you do not have one, form them with this. And then if you already have one and it's not working, this is how you rejig them. You know, this might— you know, some of the things I'm going to mention might be things that you already know, but because you're not, you're not practicing them, then they won't work for you. So the first thing that I need you to do if you want to rejig your sales, the first thing I'm going to recommend, number 1 out of the 5, is build online visibility. I've been saying this since I started. Online visibility right now is the bomb. If you can make your business visible online, you solve most of your problems. Now position on social platforms, you know, where people are going to see you and begin to blow your trumpets. Position on social platforms and begin to blow your trumpet. This is a time where you blow your trumpet, you tell the world what you are. And thank God for profiles on social media profiles— Facebook profile, Instagram profile. You have the opportunity to tell people what you do and who you are. You can, you can claim whatever you want to claim, but when you claim, you got to be able to defend it. You got to be able to meet up with what you're claiming. But that's an opportunity for you to sell your brand, tell the world who you are. So set up these profiles, use social platforms, and then learn and implement digital marketing tactics. Now, if you don't have digital marketing skills, it's gonna be hard for you to sell in the 21st century. You know, 80% of marketing in the 21st century is digital marketing.
Now, traditional—
most traditional traditional marketing platforms are not that effective right now because everybody's online. There are 4 billion people on Facebook, you understand? They're like 6, 7, you know, like if you combine all the social media platforms, you know, they're like more than close to like 6 billion people online, you know, every day. Think about that. That's like, I mean, there's 7 billion people on the planet, and then by the time you have 5 to 6 billion people online, that means that's where the market is right now. So online is where the market is because marketing has been reinvented, you understand? So you got to learn digital marketing skills.
There's no—
there's no— I mean, there's no, um, there's no alternative to that, you understand? And, and, you know, when it comes to digital marketing skills, the key things that stand out— number one is content, content marketing. Content is— you need to learn how to create content. So when it comes to digital marketing, content marketing is very important. Then there's email marketing, very important. There's social media marketing, the search engine optimization and search engine marketing, you understand. And then now if you can master all this, there's also mobile marketing. So if you learn and understand digital marketing process, it's going to be easier for you to begin to make sales. So that's the first one, that's the first thing you need to do, the first idea I'm giving you right now if you want to rejig your sales, you understand. And another thing I want to say about digital marketing, there's a saying that right now, um, all— every company is a media company. You know why? Because every company, you know, to survive right now, you need to begin to create all kinds of content— educational content, inspirational content, um, sales content, um, entertainment content, and all that. That's what actually makes the customer attracted to what you're doing, you understand? So social media allows you to build this. So I'm going to say go and create a media company and a media team, you understand, for content creation and distribution. That's going to help your business. So that's how you do it. Learn digital marketing, get digital marketing skills, and your business and your sales and marketing will be taken to the next level. Now the second thing I want to recommend, you know, I'm sharing 5 things. I've shared one. The second one is if you really want to increase your sales, you want to keep selling consistently, you know, you want to have sustainable sales in your business, please build partnerships. There's, there's so much that you can do by yourself and on your own. But if you build partners, partners make things easier for you. Now, it's better to have 1% of something than to have 100% of nothing. So 1% of something is better than 100% of nothing. Now, partners, they reduce the work for you. They make it easier for you to sell. So I'm going to ask you to build 4 kinds of partnerships when it comes to building partnership. Number 1, build Customer partnerships, you understand? Build a partnership with your customers. And how do you do that? Create a referral system where the customers that buy from you, asking them to tell other customers about you while you're giving a referral reward. That makes it easy for you, you understand? So create like a referral program, create a customer loyalty program where by the time people buy from you, they get something from you, and with that they are able to tell other people about you. Create, you know, use your testimonials to do marketing, you understand? This is how you partner with the customer. You know, you create a program where customers get reward for shopping with you, for buying something from you. Create a referral program where they bring people to buy and then you give out referral commissions. And then, you know, also try and take feedback and testimonials from customers and use it for your marketing. Now, if you can do this, if you can build this partnership with your customer, it's going to be easy for you to begin to make more sales. Now, the second partnership I'm going to ask you to build is with other complementary businesses. Now, yes, I know the world is very competitive when it comes to business, but I believe more in cooperation. I call it coopetition. Instead of you to compete with, you know, fellow businesses or like-minded or complementary business, why not partner with them? So build a partnership with complementary businesses. If you're into fashion, for instance, look for other fashion people, fashion businesses, and collaborate and do stuff. You guys can collaborate and release a fashion line. You guys are companies. Right? You can come together and launch a fashion line, you understand? Bring out product and sell to both your audiences, you understand? And the crazy thing about this is that it exposes you to— you guys can actually swap customer lists and client lists and all that. So that's why partnership is very important with people that are in the same line of business with you. I mean, I've done lots of partnerships in my, in my climb, you understand? I partner with fellow coaches to launch ebooks. I partner with fellow coaches, uh, to launch online courses and all kinds of stuff, you know. I do live shows with, you know, fellow Don't just compete, cooperate. Cooperation will benefit you more than competition. So that's the second, uh, the second partnership I want you to build. I said first one, build partnership with your customers. Second one, build partnership with complementary businesses. Then the third partnership I'd like you to build if you want to have sustained sales is build partnership with your community. Yes, I'm saying a community where you live, where you stay, the area where your business exists. You need to begin to look for ways to connect with your community, build local networks, you understand? Join local networks. You know, local organizations, you know, participate in local events, you understand? Do not, do not, do not, do not, do not be invisible when it comes to your community. As long as you do business, you understand, whatever you do, even if you run an online business, like I said, it's all about visibility. Let people know you do what you do and then see how you can build partnership with your community, you know. Look for events and things that are happening, go out there, you know. Now I know that everybody's online, we're doing online marketing, but that's where a lot of businesses miss it. Even if you're online, you need to go out there and meet people and let people know because If nobody can find you online, you would not sell. So connect to the people on the local level in your community. So build a partnership with your community. That's the third one. Then the fourth partnership I want you to build is with your state government. Now I know a lot of people say I don't like anything to do, but believe me, you understand, a lot hinges on the government of your state when it comes to, uh, I don't know where you are, you're in Nigeria, you're in other parts of the world, it can be your county, it can be your state, it can be, you know, the administration that runs the state where you are, look for a way to build a partnership with them. Most times these guys do lots of programs, you know, for entrepreneurs, for business people. You know, I know about the Small Business Association in the US and all that. There are lots of, you know, MSME organizations in Nigeria too that they come, they partner with the state government. Try and get connected with those people. This is going to help you. You know, like I said before, you can't do everything yourself when it comes to marketing. Partnership allows you to have a lot of people working for you working on your behalf to get sales into your business. So that's the second way, you know, that the second idea that I brought for you to rejig your sales. The first one I said learn digital marketing skills and tactics. The second one I'm saying build partnerships. Build partnerships that are going to help your business make sales. Now the third one is promos and discount offers. Now I know you heard about this one, but a lot of businesses downplay the power of promos and discount offers. Now I'm going to tell you matter-of-factly that one of the things that has helped my business grow, my coaching business to grow, is offers. You know, I, I cook up offers, I put offers together, I put them out there, and then people buy my offers. You understand? You know, I mean, what are offers? What are promos and discount offers? It's simple. You know, you can just reduce prices for your products and services, you know, and then give people discounts. I mean, people like free stuff. People like— everybody wants to save money right now. There's global inflation. Everybody's hurting financially. So if you reduce price, people would buy. Now there's 2 ways you can do this. You can have ongoing packages already, put 2 things together and reduce the price. If you're selling products, put 2 products together, reduce the price, slash the price, and offer it as a package. If you're running a coaching and training business, you can have a course and then add a lot of things to it, you know, and then reduce the price. Basically you have ongoing packages, you know, discount packages for your program or your products and services. Another way you can do that is by offering seasonal discount offers. Now, right now Christmas is around the corner. Oh, Black Friday is around the corner. You need to begin to put together something. Now, according to research, Black Friday sales are the most— are the biggest in the world, you understand? Businesses make massive sales on Black Friday. I think Black Friday is coming up in November, so you need to begin to prepare. Now, that's a seasonal thing that you can take advantage of, you understand? So Black Friday offers, you know, people slash prices, people sell and give away prizes, people give some stuff at reduced prices. Now you can take advantage of seasonal discount offers like this. Now Christmas is also around the corner. You need to have an offer for Christmas, you know. So that's how you do promos and discount offers. If you can do this, you understand, it's gonna help bring people into your business and you're going to make a lot of sales. Now people know about this stuff but they don't do them. Knowledge is not power, it's the knowledge that is implemented that is true power. So please implement promos and discount offers if you want to make more sales. So that's the third way that you can make more sales. Now the fourth way is to invest invest in paid advertising. I can't even— I can't say this enough, you know, people don't want to spend money to make money, but you actually need to. You have to spend money to make money. Now I tell people all the time that marketing is not an expense, marketing is an investment. What does that mean? Means every money that you put into marketing is money that you invest in your business. It is not an expense, it is, it is an investment that will return, bring in returns on your investment. You help your ROI. So don't see marketing as a cost. Marketing is an investment. And how do you do, uh, invest in paid, uh, marketing? Uh, do online and offline marketing. Have a budget. Because I always tell my clients and my students, have a notorious budget for ads. That's how I call it, notorious budget. Okay, uh, let's use the word notoriety. Have a notoriety budget for ads. Now what that means is Have a little faith in your business. Believe in what you do. You know, budget a chunk of money for your business advertising every month. You understand? I know how much I spend and I budget every month to advertise my coaching business, and I get results and I get my rewards. I get ROI every time. So invest in online and offline advertising. Now, when it comes to advertising, there are a couple of, uh, let me point you to ads that you can do. There's social media advertising that you can do. Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Twitter ads, Google ads, and the rest of them. That's social advertising. There's search advertising. Search ad, you can do it on Google where, you know, you do search engine optimization or search engine marketing, where by the time people are looking for keywords that are connected to your business, by the time they hit Google, it brings them back to you. So that's called search marketing. Then also do classified advertising. There are classified platforms, you know, all over that you can do. You can do that online and offline, classified classified ads. For those in Nigeria, there's OLX, there's Jiji.ng, and all that. There are lots of classified platforms, you know. I mean, if you're, if you're doing global advertising, you know, Amazon is a global classified advertising platform, you understand. So look for classified advertising platforms in your area and take advantage of them, even offline, you understand. So classified advertising. Then there's paid PR, public relations, you know. You can pay people to do PR for you. That's, that's all, that's advertising for your business.
There's also affiliate commissions.
I mentioned them before. Get affiliates for your business, and then as they bring clients for you, pay them commission, you know. And that's a part of, you know, investing in paid advertising. So that's the 4th one. Now let's look at the final one. Uh, before we do that, let me just do like a rundown of— I said the first thing I'm asking you to do is learn digital marketing. Second one, I said build partnerships. Third one, I'm saying do discount offers and promote. And the 4th one, I'm saying invest in paid advertising. Can you still hear me? Can we still hear me?
Yes, yes, yes, Coach, we can. Yes, because—
yes, I'm just trying to meet up with my timing. So the final idea that I'm bringing to you, the final thing you could do to rejig your sales right now, you know, is to build a tribe or community around your business. Build a tribe, a community around your business. If you follow Seth Godin, he's a global speaker, If you follow, he talks about tribes. I have his book titled Tribes, you understand? I recommend that you go buy that book by Seth Godin titled Tribes. Now you understand how to build tribes and build communities around your product. This is really one thing that has helped my business. I think in 2017, I implemented a community tribe idea that blew my business to the rocks, you understand? What did I do? Simple. I started doing a free class every Friday on WhatsApp. I called it Friday Free WhatsApp Class. Every Friday. And then for every Friday in a year, I was doing a free program that blew my visibility, you understand? People were inviting me to join the class, was free. I was offering massive value. I was looking at sales, I'm looking at marketing, investments, you know, making money and all that, all kinds. I covered— I was covering all spheres when it comes to business. I covered— see, at the end of the day, I had more than 100,000 people in my platform that I was reaching out to. It was massive, you understand? So You should do that for your business. You should build a tribe or community around your business. You can build an online community, it's easy. If you're not a tech-savvy person, create a community on WhatsApp. You can start from there. If you're, if you're more tech, you can now do all the ones. You can do Facebook groups, you know, Facebook platforms and all that. Just build an online community around your business, you understand? Now you can also do offline groups, you know, where you start a community maybe in your neighborhood, in your community where you're meeting with business people. I'm recently planning to start something in my local community, something where— a program where I'm going to gather business people, where we're going to talk about our businesses, we're going to talk about challenges, our wins, our successes. Then we're going to pray. It's going to be like strategy plus spirituality, something like that, because I'm a Christian and I believe in spirituality and something like that. That's going to be an offline group, you understand? People are going to come, businesses you can do something similar. Then there's customer clubs. You can start a club for your customers. You know, there was a time, uh, a company, uh, reached out to me like they wanted to give value to their customers, they wanted to empower their customers, and they asked what I felt. You know, it was a consulting session, so I told them, why not do a program where you bring speakers like me, people like me, to come and share? You know, it was, it was, it was a bank actually, you know. So I told them, do something like a customer wealth empowerment thing where your customers are coming You know, and then you're teaching them about wealth creation, how to save money, how to invest money. That would make them really, really value your brand. And then they took it up, they brought me and other guys, we did that, it was massive. So look for how you can build a tribe or community around your small business. This will give you a leap, you understand? I'm not talking about sales and then there's no selling the other day. I'm talking about sustainable sales. Now, if you can implement any of these strategies, your selling and your sales is going to be consistent and sustainable. These are strategies that you start and you build on. You know, build a tribe around your business. You know, implement, you know, paid advertising. You understand? Build a tribe, build partnerships, you know, and then learn digital marketing. Then offer discount and promo. If you can do these five, your business is going to your sales are going to skyrocket. Now, I'm not just saying these these are not things that. These are things I practice. Most people look at us as coaches and say, you guys just coach, just teach, you don't do this. We run— what I run is a coaching business. Coaching is a business, you understand? I already told you that I have a notoriety budget for ads that I do every month. I do all this, you know. I have a community tribe around, you know. I, I have— there's, there's a community that I built, you know, because a lot were coming to me about remote jobs and all that. People want to work from home, we want to be able to leverage the internet to build income. So we're coming to me like, coach, how do we get remote remote jobs, you know. So I started a group called Global Remote Work Network. Global Remote Work Network. Yes, I started on Facebook, you know, not long ago. I started this as of yesterday. We had 10K members in that community, and these are members from every part of the world. There are people from the US, from, from, from, from, from the UK, from Australia, from Canada, people everywhere. It's a global remote work community. As of yesterday, we had 10K members. You understand? So that is a community that I have built around my brand and around my business. You understand? That makes selling easy for me. For right now, you know, I'm going to give you guys like a— what, what, like a little— okay, fine. Now I have that community, right? And it's like 10K followers. Right now I'm creating products and offers that I'm going to start selling in that community. And guess what? You know, of course, you know, because I have 10K people, it's an active community. Do a post, you get like 1,000 people responding. Responding and all that. It's very active. So imagine if I begin to create products and begin to sell to that community. I've not even done that because I'm still trying to build the community, but eventually that's what I'm going to start doing. So build a community or tribe around your business and you will see your sales skyrocket. All right, now that's, that's, that's meant to be the end of my presentation, but I want to give you guys a bonus, you know, since I'm in a happy mood today. I said I was going to share 5, but let me share the 6th one. Now this is a bonus, this is a bonus thing that I want you to do. Begin to promote your expertise. Now, a lot of people do not do this. Do not think that we're the ones that are— because we're coaches and mentors and trainers, you know, we sell. Of course we sell our expertise. I sell my expertise. But you can do that. It doesn't matter if you sell— if you're into fashion business, if you make cover bodies, if you sell all kinds of— it doesn't really matter. You can sell your expertise. You can sell your expertise as a way to create visibility and make sales. How do you do that? Like I said, it doesn't matter what you do. Training programs and free classes and free courses where you're teaching people how to do what you do. If you're a cake maker, for instance, teach people how to do cupcakes for free and all that. That'll be an opportunity for people to get to know you. This will help open you up to the market, you know, bring people to you, build a community around that, and before you know it, something is happening. Then also you can go in, you can try publishing, you understand, as a way to promote your expertise. Publish a free ebook, you know, it's called lead magnets in marketing, something that you could give out for free to get people's email addresses and to get them into your community. And then let me say this, when you create a community, do not add people without their— don't just create, like, you know, I suggested the WhatsApp group. Don't create a WhatsApp group and add people without their permission. Don't do that. Don't do that. What I'm going to ask you to do is when you create a WhatsApp group, you want to build a community around your product or services or your business, and you want to start with a WhatsApp group, create a WhatsApp group but do not add anybody to the group. After creating the group, go to the settings of the group. You're going to see a link. That's, that's a link that people can click and join the group. You know, something you can do so that you can give it to people and collect their email addresses, and then, you know, give out that free product and invite them to join your community. You can— if it's an ebook, you can put it inside your community and ask people to Click the link and grab the free offer. You understand? You can do that. So, uh, you can do trainings, you can do public— you can publish stuff. Then you can also volunteer, you understand? It's a way to sell your expertise. If you're good at something, you know, look for people that need, you know, your services in those areas and volunteer for whatever they're doing. That exposes you. Before you know it, you're connecting with people, you're networking, you're letting them know what you do. Volunteering is one thing that has helped my business. I still volunteer till today. Online and offline, you understand? I volunteer offline once every week, you understand, with the school, you know. So basically that. And then mentor newbies, you know. If you want to sell, one of the ways to sell your expertise is mentor newbies. Look for people that are just starting in your line of business and be a mentor to them. If you can do that, that creates visibility for you, and then people see you as an expert in your field, and then the goodwill comes back to you, and then you're selling from there. All right guys, that's it. That's my time. That's my time. I hope I was able to beat Uh, the 20-minute timeline, you understand?
No, no, no, no, no, no, you went beyond, you went beyond your time, but we had to find out.

Thank you, technical. So question time. Patrick, do we have questions? Can you see questions?
Yes, excellent, excellent, excellent, Coach. Uh, thank you so much, uh, Coach Mark Henry. Thank you, Coach Julia. So it's now time for the questions. So we are going to look, uh, the questions on the, on the chat. So the first question is, uh, Coach Annabelle's question. She says, How long did it take you to build your community to 10K, and what strategies did you use? Coach, we'll start with that question. So how long did it take you to build your community to 10K, and what strategies did you use? Can we start with this first question, or you want me to, to read all the questions?
No, let's go one after the other.
Okay, excellent. Yeah, is Coach Mark, uh, are you there?
Yeah, sorry, let me unmute myself. Can you hear me? I think I muted myself.
Yeah, okay. Did you hear the question?
Yes, repeat the question, repeat the question.
So the question is, how long did it take you to build your community to 10K? And what strategies did you use?
All right, cool, beautiful, beautiful. Now it took me like— it took me 3 months. It took me 3 months to build the community to 10K. And what strategies did I use? Number one, you understand, I was consciously putting out a word about the community, you understand. I was doing that consistently on my WhatsApp status. That's, that's one of the strategies I used, you understand. I, I wanted— I want to come down to the basics, you know, because everybody's on WhatsApp, everybody understands WhatsApp. So I was doing that on my WhatsApp, WhatsApp, uh, status. And then every week, once every week, I was sending out broadcasts, you understand, to people. Now I told you, I told you that people were making inquiries, people were asking me that they wanted to do remote work and all that. So I, I built like a broadcast list of people that have made inquiries, and then consistently I was sending out messages to them asking them to join the community, you understand. So that's, that's the second strategy. That applied. And then a third strategy that I applied was I was doing live sessions, you know, where I'll pick a remote work, uh, focus area like freelancing, you know. I'll do a free, uh, live session on Facebook, on Instagram. I'll talk about freelancing, you know. And you know, when it's live, a lot of people are watching and joining from everywhere. So I'll talk about freelancing, I'll talk about how you start as a freelancer, how you make money from freelancing, and then I'll earn by directing people to my community. You understand? So that was the third strategy that I used. And then by the time I saw that people were coming in, it was growing, then I started doing in-community lives, live sessions inside the community, you understand? And you know, when you do live sessions, you know, even people— so I asked people deliberately and intentionally to add people to the group, to bring their friends, to invite their friends to the live session. That also helped blow the community, you know. That was the 4 things I did. And then finally, I was just telling people about the community everywhere I go, you know. When I go to speak and people are like, I would like to join your community, I'll be like, okay, oh, I just started a remote work community. Would you like to work from home, you know, and start making money from—
well, yeah.
And I give them my link. So those were the— I was basically blowing the trumpet anytime I have access to share with people. And then I was doing live sessions, I was sharing on my WhatsApp. That's what I did. For you to grow a community, you need to be deliberate about it. You don't just create a group and then you're waiting for people to join. And then, yes, I forgot to mention, I also did a pro— I also did a lead magnet, a free, a free, uh, a free ebook on freelancing, you understand, that I gave out, and then also added a link to the community, and then people were joining. That was how in 3 months I was able to grow it to 10K. Yeah, that's it.
Thank you, thank you so much, Coach Mark Henry. And the last question is a question, it's Coach Christophe Ganava, he's a student with iLead Global Training Center, so he's been trained on digital marketing with iLead Global, and he's asking, is it worth it to focus only on digital marketing? So how do digital marketing target business like B2B digital marketing? He's asking, is it worth it to focus only on digital marketing?
All right, you know, I said it before that, you know, fine, everybody is now— everybody's online. Online is the new market. Marketing has been reinvented. Digital marketing is the way to go. But there are still traditional marketing platforms that are not yet extinct that you can also still leverage on. So I'm going to say do 80% digital marketing and 20% offline marketing. You understand? All the strategies that you learn in digital marketing, targeting B2B, B2C, fine, you can use digital marketing, but do apply the 80/20 rule here, you understand? You know, just, just apply, do 80/20, you know. Basically do 80% digital marketing and then do 20% traditional, you understand, offline marketing. You can still do PR because of course everybody is online, but people are still people, people are still living. You can, you still need to connect. I mentioned it during my course of my, my session that you need to connect with people, you understand? Attend meetings, attend seminars. You still need to print complimentary cards when you go out there. Tell people what you do, give them your card. I mean, let your card contain your social media platforms and everything. I said it before, while you're doing online advertising on Facebook and Twitter and the rest of them, be doing offline advertising. If radio is relevant in your area, please do radio adverts. I mean, I worked in radio for 5 years as an OAP, so you know, in the city where I live right now in Nigeria, radio is still relevant. So I mean, about 2 weeks back or 3 weeks back, I was on radio to talk about, uh, we recently launched a public speaking academy in the city where I lived. It was basically like the first full-blown public speaking academy in this city. So we had to use radio because people listen to radio in this city where I stay. So we went to radio, we're on radio for one, for a whole— yeah, we did. Yeah, for the 3 weeks, you know, it was 3 weeks back. Every week we were on radio twice, every week, you know, on radio till up until this week, you understand? So if radio is still relevant to your community, do radio, you understand? I mean, people still publish magazines and stuff, you know. If you get your hand on one that is, you know, widely read, do an advert there. I don't know if I'm making sense, you understand? So combine digital marketing with offline marketing because people live online but people still live offline. So do 80% digital because everybody— I mean, when people wake up in the morning, the first thing they could do is open their phone and go to digital platforms. But also, people exist outside online platforms. So 20% of the time, join communities, attend seminars, do radio adverts, do magazine adverts, do word-of-mouth adverts. Let people, you know, that are either not on digital or on this, still let them know what you do outside digital marketing. So that's my recommendation.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, Coach Mark Henry. So to recap in 30 seconds, so Coach Mark Henry, he asked us to, to build online visibility, build partnership. The partnership can also competing and building collaboration partnership, also building partnership with our community, and then work with a lot of people. The third point was to promote and discount offers that are extremely important. Promote and discount offers, very important. And the fourth point, invest Invest in advertising, very important. And the 5th point, build a tribe, a community, because coaching is business. And so run coaching business. And the 6th point, that's, that's just like a gift, like a cadeau in French. Sell your expertise as a way to create visibility and to bring people to try to know you. Thank you so much, Coach Marc Henry.
My pleasure.
Thank you, thank you. So it's now the time for the 10 to 15 minutes breakout session rooms. So here we are going to share into—
Before that, let's be sure that we don't have further questions. Some persons may want to ask questions by word of mouth.
Thank you, Julia.
Is there any more question? Okay, okay, okay, okay. So we can follow. So As we don't have, uh, she had a question before.
I've not taken her question. I really want to, I want to answer her question. She said she had a question.
Yes.
So, Kojile, what is your question before we go into the breakout sessions?
Okay, okay. Thank you so much, Henry.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for wanting to take my question.
Yes.
Okay, so, um, I actually have 2 of them, but I'm thinking they, they are somewhat similar, so I'll try to see how I can merge them as, as, um, as one. Or maybe I should just ask the 2 of them. The first—
Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead.
The first one is, you mentioned earlier that you don't take loans, right? And, um, as entrepreneurs, most often we, we start off without So much money. Now, when you're talking about stuff like visibility online or offline, um, aside the fact that you would blow your trumpets wherever you go by word of mouth, you would need money to actually do this thing. And, um, by the time you are trying to see how you are— how you could manage somewhere somehow to get money It's kind of draggy. It drags, it slows business, it slows the pace at which you would have gone. So literally, how would I not survive without getting loans or grants to be able to, say for example, finance the business as per running these ads online or offline?
Okay, I totally get your question. I totally— it's a question I get asked all the time, you understand. When it comes to financing, you need to be careful as an entrepreneur. Now, of course, there's a stage in your business where you need to actually raise money, raise funding, you understand. You look for, uh, angel investors, you understand. You want— you have— you want to raise funding for your business. But I'm just saying that before you get to that point, it's best to focus on customer financing. And I'm telling you, I'm telling you right now, matter of factly, if you— that's how you build your customer base and customer financing. You know, the customer can fund your business to any level. So that's, you know, young entrepreneurs not to think about loans, to think about how to build your customer base, how to build enough you know, you know, customer base that you're making sales, and then you focus on customer financing. That's what I was talking about. Of course you can do loan financing when your business gets to a certain level where it needs an injection of more money. Of course you can go get a loan, but make sure that you're there. Don't start— my, my, my, my take is do not start a business with a loan. Don't go to the bank for a loan to start your business. Don't do that. Try and build your customer base. Focus on customer financing. and build your business to a certain level before you begin to think of loan financing. That's, that's, that's my take, that's my stand basically.
Okay, thank you. So my second question is, um, I, I succeed, I succeed in creating visibility. Yeah, I succeed in, um, visibility in the sense that I am able to have a good reach, a good reach. Yeah, not necessarily, not necessarily, um, reaching the particular clients who are, who are going to buy or can afford to buy my products or service. Okay, so, um, okay, no, let me rephrase the question.
I have—
I succeeded, I succeed in creating discipline. And then I reach an amount of, um, I reach a good, a good rate of customers who can actually afford my service, but it seems I'm not hitting home with them, um, dipping their hand in the pocket and, and buying my product, my service.
Okay, it might be because you're not engaging them enough. You don't have engagement strategies. It's one thing to have visibility, it's one thing to have a lot of following, but are you engaging them enough? That's why there's something called lead, lead generation, lead nurturing, you understand, and all that. Lead generation, lead prospecting, lead nurturing, you understand, and all that. And then lead conversion, you understand. You need to go through the 3 processes You understand? The first one is, by the time you have that visibility, you have that following and all that, you need to begin to now nurture them. Now, for you to have had— I've built that visibility, you've already— you've done enough lead prospecting and lead generation. Now you have people, you have leads, you understand? People are inside your funnel, they are already there. Now you need to nurture them before they can spend their money on you. They need to be sure And how do you nurture them? You understand, you nurture them by giving them value. You know, you, you create value and you share value. You share massive value with them. You keep them engaged. I talked about content marketing. You keep them engaged with entertainment content, educational content, inspirational content, sales content once in a while. You keep them engaged. You do some engagement activities that will keep whatever you're using, whatever funnel you're using, very active. Now, if you can nurture them to an extent where they now trust your brand You understand? If you can nurture them to the extent where they now trust your brand, you can now convert them into paying customers. That's it. That's, that's how it works. So it's not about just having visibility or having lots of followers. You need to nurture them, then you need to convert them. How you do that is by selling value to them, giving them enough value to believe in your brand. You know, when it comes to marketing and business and buying and all that, you know, there are things you need to build. First of all, you need to build know. they need to build like, they need to build trust, you understand? That's the thing about business. Before people even buy from you, they need to know you. Then secondly, they need to like you. And thirdly, they need to trust you. So know, like, and trust is the strategy for me, you know, for really, really excelling in business. So if you can do that, then definitely you, you can be able to convert and monetize your visibility. Thank you so much. I hope I was able to answer that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Thank you. Thanks a lot.
You need to nurture. You need to convert. Basically, you need to monetize, monetize. You know your following. That's it.
Okay.
Wonderful. So people need to know you.
People need to like you, and people need to trust you before they can buy from you.
Yeah.
Before they can know like and trust. Yeah. Know like trust is is. Is the K K K L K L T factor.
Wow! Thank you so much, Coach. So so now it's time for the ten.
I think I saw. I think I saw somebody said they have a question and they would like to voice it. I saw it now, just now on the screen.
Just check.
Somebody just sent in that they have a question. They would like to voice it.
Okay, let me see if I unmute your mic, please. Timothy.
Yes, a very good afternoon.
Afternoon. Good to see you.
Good to see you too.
Uh, I'm Timothy Achibong. I'm reaching out from Calabar, Cross River State.
Hey, that's my, that's my alumni state. I attended University of Calabar. Oh yeah, great. Yes, I'm an ex-Malabite.
I agree.
Thank you, brother. Thank you, brother. Thank you, brother.
Basically too, I've been following you via WhatsApp too.
You've been such an inspiration.
Thank you, Juliet, too, my wife's namesake.
Oh, nice. That's an honor.
Thank you.
And the other coach, I think, is an East African. I didn't really get the name.
Huff Patrick, Huff Patrick.
Yes, I have a pack. I agree to speak too.
Exactly.
Thank you, thank you.
All right, all right.
So, uh, I'm a drill instructor, uh, by gifting. I'm a teacher, a lawyer by training, but I think, uh, at my age I want to do creative stuff till life ends. Yeah. So I'm offering drills to schools, military-style drills, that's parade to schools. And happily too, I've been able to lay it down in writing. By the grace of God, I want to publish. And I've heard Coach McHenry say something about a partnership. In fact, few minutes before I came online into this meet, I was muting compliment instead of compete, and as soon as I opened, that was the second thing he said.
So I'm in tune.
Um, I don't know, something just popped in my mind while he was saying that. Get people who are in the same business line. For instance, I know that if I'm going to train schools on parade drills for their interhouse sports end of session parade, flag hoisting, sword crossing for funeral, for weddings, and what have you, graduation parade. I know that they will need uniforms, and of course the people I will partner with are cloth makers or the material sellers. How do I bring— I'm talking about how do I get to partner with them and at the same time get some value also from the partnership I'm forging with them, talking about have 1% gain instead of having it all. I don't know if I'm making any sense at all there.
You're making plenty sense, Timothy. Plenty sense, plenty sense, plenty sense, plenty sense.
Secondly too, and most importantly, I need iGlobal to be a part of what I am doing, talking about have at least 1% instead of trying to have it all and then end up having none. That book, I'm targeting 120,000 known schools in Nigeria. Thank you very much.
Thank you so much, Timothy. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Now, your question, your question has the answer embedded in it, you know. I mean, you've, you've done 50% of the work. You've identified who you want to partner with.
Yeah, at times they give answers without knowing.
Exactly. You know, when I'm— when I do mentoring sessions, my students basically answer all the questions themselves. You know, I just ask them questions that I know would generate answers. So I mean, your answer is embedded in your question. You've identified the people you want to partner with, the uniform makers, the, the the people that, you know, sew uniforms and that. So they are the people you want to partner with, right? That's 50% of the work. Then all you need to do is to draw up a partnership proposal that benefits you and benefits them.
It's simple.
You're the one that's bringing the job. Yeah, you're bringing the work. So you're— yes, you're bringing the work. You're bringing them— you're giving them access to your market, you know. Oh. And you know, yes, that's what you're doing. Yes, you're— you want them to sew uniforms for the school. Yes, you understand. So you are giving them access to your market, so you're bringing business to them, you know. That's, that's the basis for the partnership, you understand. So at the end of the day, they're going to be making uniforms for people that you are reaching out to. So if you ask me, you know, you just need to split. It's something that you guys sit down and talk about, the split, you understand. You get something substantial, they get something substantial, because you're the one that is introducing them to the business. Without you, there won't be that business for them, you understand? So you are bringing them in as partners, you understand? You're giving them access to your market. They are going to sell for the people that you already have on your platform, and they are making a lot of money from that. And then you are getting your cut too. And, you know, and that's, you know, beyond even the value that you get from the money you're going to get from the deal. Now you have a relationship with them already that is already built. Yes, you have a relationship already with them. So that means you guys can sit down and collaborate in other areas. Just let me share, let me, let me share an example with you because I have a friend that actually does that, you understand?
Yes.
What does he do? He goes to schools, right? He just goes to school. He's a motivational speaker, so he has a program for schools, you know. So you've got a lot of schools signed up where he goes to, he goes to talk to students about a lot of things. He teaches them finance and digital. He tells students how to budget, how to save money, and all that. They're teaching them about, about digital inclusion. You understand, how to use computers and all that, finance and digital. That's what he does. Do you know, while he was doing it one time, you understand, he saw that one of his students had a torn uniform. He wasn't even in his niche. It wasn't what he went there for, you understand. He just observed that he had a torn uniform, and then he didn't have any— he just— he said it crossed his mind. He didn't think about it before. He now, you know, asked the student why the uniform was torn and everything, and he didn't know when he said, ah, that's— that he would— he could help with getting— you know, the student was saying that maybe the parents couldn't afford a new uniform and all that. He was saying that, ah, that he has, he has contact now. He has people that have been in his network that can do cheaper uniforms for them. And that was all he said. And the teacher was in the class and he heard it. And by the time he was done with his session, the teacher called him aside and said that, I heard you say that you have connects with people that can, you know, that the person has been doing uniform for my son, he charges us this, this, this. Can you get us something cheaper? And that was it. That was it. He said he could get them, you know, up to 30% discount out of the original spend. And the teacher said, let's do it. He took him to the principal. Before you know, they agreed. And if I tell you something— if I tell you something that will shock you now, you won't believe it. He didn't have anybody. He didn't have any network. He just knows one guy, you know. Basically, he just knows the one guy that lives close to him that's the tailor, you understand. And then, you know, he just sees that sometimes when he's passing, the guy hung hands some school uniforms that he has done in front of his, you know, his shop. And that was for him, that was the network. So by the time he got that deal, he just went home and went to the guy and said, bro, you know, can you do 1,000 uniforms for a particular school? The guy was like, yes, he can do it, you know. And that was how they entered it. And before you know it, the guy actually took him to a place, a city in Nigeria called Aba, where they do these things in large quantity, you know. They went to Aba, got a client that even did it at a cheaper rates than he gave them at the school. And that was it. Yeah, so that's it, you understand? You know, you already— Timothy, you already have value. You're bringing business to them, you understand? And, and you get a lot of value. You get the relationship, and then that's it, you know? And, and then that, that's the value that you get. So then you have your answer already in the, in, in the question.
Yeah, if I couldn't have— I couldn't have gotten it any better than what you have just said. Presented in my concept notes as well.
Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
Yeah, thank you.
And in the chat there, Timothy, is my number so you can, you can reach out to me.
All right, all right. Thank you very much. I'm going to get that and save up.
Yeah, Timothy, it's good to finally see your face. You know, I've been seeing you following me and liking my stuff. It's good to put a face to the name.
I will do that.
Yeah, I'll do more of that.
Thanks so much.
All right, God bless, God bless, God bless, man.
God bless.
Thank you so much. So I think we'll go to the 10 to 15 minutes breakout session room. And, uh, in fact, the, the 10 to 15 minute breakout session room is just, uh, we put you into small rooms For you to really share in a private space, just like mastermind classes. So how you would implement what you've learned. So in the sessions, you should please respect each other's views, each other's views, and we should mute our microphone unless we are allowed to speak. So if the technical support can just put us into the breakout session rooms, then we'll move on. Thank you.
Thank you. Okay, the breakout session is going to be for thirty minutes. So we have thirty minutes to hurry and round up so that we don't speak too much.
Thirty minutes is a lot. We don't have thirty minutes, Jay. Okay.
So we can take that down to twenty minutes. We take it down. That is fine.
Take it down. We take. We take it down to 10 minutes, please.
To 10 minutes? Uh, 10 minutes would not be enough because each person is allocated at least 2 minutes, 3 minutes. So I think we can do 20 minutes, or what do you think?
15 is fine.
Yes, 10 to 15 will be great.
All right, so we have 15 minutes for the breakout session, and, um, we come back to the main room and continue. to the completion of the program. Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right, just stay where you are.
Hello, Coach. You are muted.
Yeah, we are back. Thank you guys for staying. Those of us that have, um, sticked around, thank you so much for staying till this time. Um, I'm sure technology is a bit challenging for some of us that we, we got ourselves out instead of staying in, in here. So we would quickly look at something extra that ILID Global School of Business offers. Now, we talked, we've looked at Um, what the school offers, and we have seen some persons that have gone through the program. We had Coach Chochi, he said that you always have to give extra value, you have to always give extra value. And so, um, iLead also does that with our School of Business. Technically, can we see some of that? Yes, we can. Meanwhile, I would encourage us to look into the chat box, and you will see our social media links. Kindly click and join our community. Join the online community. You know now we are both online and offline. So click on the link to join us on Facebook, on WhatsApp, on Twitter, and on Instagram. Technical, can we see the bonuses? Okay. Now when you heard me say that we Um, we are not your conventional school where you come and go through some learning processes that it's not so applicable. We also have flexibility. So you come into— when you enroll into the program, what happens? You can go to school when you like. You can go into the platform when you like. You choose that you want to learn by morning, you want to learn by afternoon, you can choose what time works for you and go learn. Next slide. And outside the fact that you are getting the proposed courses that are being given to you, we still have some secret documents. Some secret documents that will elevate your business. That is part of what you will be getting. Next slide, please. And you also get to join our online community, not this one that we are putting here for people to join. You would join like-minded like you, people that have, people that have become intentional like you to invest in themselves, to invest in their future, to invest in their lives, to become better. You would become a member of that community where you get to learn from each other, ask each other questions, partner with them to become better. Next slide. And you would have exclusive masterclass sessions. You see what we have here? You would have even better because you would be talking one-on-one with exclusive, exclusive instructors, people that have evidence to show you of what they are doing. You see, even with this one we are doing, we are not giving you small people, we are giving you top-notch people. Then when you make the investment on yourself, imagine what you would get. And even when you— if, for example, when you even get someone as, as Mark Churchill as your instructor, see what he gives you. Then when you make the investment on yourself, imagine what Mark Henry would give you. Next slide, please. Job opportunity. I mean, for some of us, we have gone to school, we've gotten our degrees, we've gotten our master's, we've gotten our doctorates. No job, no job. And none of these institutes promises us any job. Right here in I Lead, when you make the investment on yourself, you become a priority for us. So the moment we have job openings, you are the first we will think about. Next slide, please. And not so long, we had General Archibong share with us some business ideas that he has and is looking for partnership. When you go through the program with us, when you make that investment in yourself with us, you have a high chance. You have, I would tell you, a 95% assurance or guarantee of acquiring, be it a business loan or even a grant for your business. Next slide. And for those of us that would love to jackpa, as Nigerians will say it, those of us that want to go out of the country, when you finish your program with us, our graduation is held in Texas in the United States of America. So you have the privilege, you have the honor, you have what it is that you need to be in the U.S. for your graduation. Next slide. And finally, just as I had shared early, Some of the alumni that we have here is Coach Margaret Dakwa. Coach Margaret is in this picture actually flying first class, and on this platform she was able to get partnership. She found partnership, and she opened this. Um, multi-solution diagnostic laboratory. This is what you get with IREAD. And I want to tell you this, that she's a professional in her field. She's a medical professional, and her partner too is also a medical professional. But it's one thing to have this expertise, you know, to have an expertise, but when you want to implement your expertise in business business at a different level, you need that business education. You need that business education, otherwise you are going to fail. And that is what these smart ladies did with their expertise in their fields. They still took the, the pain, the time, the resources, everything it required. They invested in it to gain that knowledge, and they have invested in it. business. By the time they retire, they have something to rely on. They will not be sitting down and waiting that their child has to receive salary before they eat, their child has to receive salary before they go to hospital. They have something. They know how to manage their business. Even if someone is managing it for them, they know everything it takes to manage the business. And she said Thanks to I Lead, thanks to the School of Business, I leveraged my medical expertise to form a successful laboratory business partnership delivering innovative healthcare solutions with confidence. And that is what we are offering you, and I hope you will take the chance. Thank you. Okay, so here we are back, back, back, back here. If you did not understand anything about the School of Business 365, I'm hoping that you have gotten some understanding and we will be hearing from you, right? We'll be hearing from you.
