How do you go from being a student to get a job? How do you enter into the job market out there? You know, how do you go from where you just learn things in university and you don't have much, you know, under your belt to where you can really, really, really start selling yourself out there? The things— number one, the number one thing I will ask you to do is take a personal inventory. Personal inventory. What's a personal inventory? What do you know, right? What do you know? What do you know how to do? What are you good at? What do you know? Do you know how to tap? Do you know how to write? What skill do you have? Take the inventory of your skill. Do you know how to solve problem? I remember when I was, you know, when I applied for job the first time, when I was doing my personal inventory, I wrote down I did martial arts, so I'm tough. I am, you know, mentally I'm very, very tough. Maybe you know how to cook. Maybe you know how to take care of babies. Maybe you know how to, you know, to comfort people. Maybe you know how to share. You know how to cheat. Take the inventory because all this is gonna channel you where you need to go, right, on the market out there. Number 2, What is your goal? What are you good at? So you have the inventory, everything you can do. Maybe you play soccer, you know how to fight, you know how to cook, you know how to write, you know how to speak in public, you know how to count, you know how to— you're very great with your hands, you know how to build. But what are you good at? So go back on that list and check a few things you are very, very good at it. What can give a distinction? What are you good at it? I mean, like, really, really good. You may say, hey, I'm just so great with kids. I'm just— I'm a great cook. I'm actually a great assistant. I'm one of the— I'm great. I love to talk. I love to do translation. What are you good at it? What are you very, very good? Now, the point number three. Now, amongst all that, what do you know how to do? What are you good at it? Now, what are you passionate about? You not just know how to do, but man, it make you go crazy. Your passion, you know, when you operate within your passion, you're not going to see the watch. You're not going to see the time fly by. So what are you passionate about? Like I say, you may be somebody who loves to talk and you need to apply at the radio station. That's where people talk. Maybe at a TV station for talk show. Maybe you just, you know, you like to comment. You don't like to observe things and come up with a different approach. Maybe you have that kind of technical speed. I mean, you're great with numbers. Maybe you're great with numbers and you love it. You love to crush numbers. Maybe you love how to design. Like I said, maybe you work with your hands. What are some of your passions? Now, when you find your passion, you have to answer the last question. What is the reason? What makes you passionate? What triggers you? What pumps that passion? What makes that come out and step out? I want you to answer that. Now, if you answer these 4 points, that will be within your personal inventory. It's going to start giving you an idea, okay, what to do next. And then tomorrow I will talk about the next step, but I want you to take time and do this. This is the inner work. I want you to Go and pull out that giant. So when you get out there in front of anybody, they'll be like, yes, I want this guy. Yes, I want that girl. Yes, I want you to be part of my team. But you must know who you are, what you have, what you are good at, what you are passionate for, why you are passionate about what you are passionate for, for it. So go ahead and do that. And then I'll see you tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning we'll dive into something very, very, very unique. See you tomorrow.
