In this motivational monologue, the speaker urges listeners to view failure not as a setback but as a necessary pathway to success. He argues that every successful person—athletes, entrepreneurs, champions—has failed repeatedly, and that embracing and even seeking failure accelerates growth. The speaker provides concrete examples such as starting a business, marrying, taking risks, moving cities, and highlights personal experience with mistakes in his own business. He frames failure as a motivating signal that pushes one to take action, emphasizing that without the willingness to fail, true achievement remains unattainable. The talk concludes with a call to actively pursue failure as a strategy for reaching the top.

Hey, my friend. Another thing: if you want to be successful, if you want to be successful, listen to me. Seek failure. Whoa! How can I seek failure when I'm trying to be successful? Let me tell you something. Anybody, any successful person is a person who actually fails so many times. The failure is a pathway to success. The failure is like the step that will take you up there to the top. Any boxer, any athlete that was revealed, you know, any champion, any athlete was revealed on that day with trophy, with trophy, it's a person who actually failed so many times. And anybody who wants to be successful in life and is not ready to try and fail Or really decide to fail. So if you want to be successful, seek failure. Yes, start that business and accept to fail. Yes, marry that guy. Say yes to that guy. Yes, he may leave you, but how about if he doesn't leave you? Marry that woman. Yes, she may gain more weight. How about if she stays skinny and beautiful? Take a risk. That's a pathway to success. That's the only place will take you to the top. Trust me. I, I mean, when I look, when I look at my business, man, I make so much mistakes. Sometimes I leave, I don't even know how I make it because the mistake, the failure is what takes you close to the top. It takes you closer and closer and closer. So if you ever want to be successful in any area of your life, Make sure you embrace failure. Seek it. Whatever you have that feeling like, oh my God, maybe this thing's not gonna work, that should motivate you. Because the success is wrapped up with failure. You're never gonna see clear until you make the move. When you make the move, bam, you hit the target. You will never touch and touch the and shoot and and and and touch the target. If you don't press on the trigger, seek failure. Yes, take that course, start that ministry, start that business, take that trip, change, move from your city to another city. Yeah, you don't want to fail, but that's the only way you can get to the top. Failure is the pathway to the top. I never see anybody, you know, who actually did something great in life without fail. So if you really, really want to be successful, embrace, embrace failure and seek it. Go after it and you'll be successful. See you around. Thank you, Danyls.
