In this motivational monologue, the speaker argues that personal success is directly tied to personal transformation. He asserts that the results one achieves are a reflection of who one currently is, so to attain greater outcomes one must become a better version of oneself. He outlines a self‑assessment checklist—examining time spent on reading and self‑development, the quality of relationships, responsiveness to others, spiritual life, and harmful habits—to identify areas for improvement. He introduces a three‑box model for curating social circles: (1) people you regularly visit, (2) peers you emulate, and (3) aspirational figures whose influence you seek, encouraging periodic pruning of unhelpful contacts. The speaker stresses continuous learning through conferences, books, mentors, and domain‑specific training (e.g., mechanics, marriage, business) as concrete ways to add value. By deliberately adding value to oneself, he claims, one naturally attracts better friends, higher income, and more opportunities. The core call‑to‑action is a decisive commitment to change oneself as a project, which will unlock success.

What are some of the places you should discover? What are some of the people you must know? What are some of the key people you must let them influence you? What about your friend? Every year I'm trying to get some people out of my life. And brings other people. What I mean, get people out of my life, like, it's not like I've done that. But even in a relationship, you must have 3 boxes. These are people that you always go back and visit. These are people who are like you. These people, those are people you want to be like. And when you move, the same thing starts over again. You move from this box to this one. This is where you go and visit them and come back and stay here with people like you. And then these are people you want to be like, so you want them to influence you so you can go back up there. Make some change in your life. Decide to change. Decide to change. If you want to be more, if you want more, be more. Add more value to yourself. Add more value. If you're a mechanic, go to a conference, go and visit the shop, somebody who owns a shop which is bigger than yours. If you want a better marriage, you know, go to marriage conference so you can learn more, read about marriage. If you want to expand your business and grow the business, go to, you know, go to a training, get the books, get a mentor. So they can help you. But whatever you do, make a decision to change yourself. Remember yourself, you are like a project to yourself. So whatever you do to yourself, you are making a decision. You are making a decision. And if you add more value to yourself, you attract more things. You attract better friends. You attract, you know, more income. You'll see more opportunity in life. So in order to be successful, make sure you change yourself. See you around.
